• EMF and CCTV Cameras

I have an end fed long wire for HF and a vertical for 2m. I have about
an acre of land and both are well away from neighbours. I have CCTV that
is on 24/7 that covers this area so I can be CERTAIN there will be no
members of the public in the transmitting area. Do I still need to so an
    EMF survey? The guidance says:-

"....users to ensure the general public EMF limits are not breached in
any area where a member of the general public is or can be expected to
be present when transmissions are taking place. For simplicity, we refer
to these areas as areas where members of the general public may be present. Spectrum users do not need to comply with the general public EMF limits
in any area where they are sure a member of the general public is not,
    and will not, be present...."

Yes, but it should be easy. You need to demonstrate that the field
cannot exceed the limits anywhere on, or beyond, the boundary of the
area covered by the CCTV. You also need to state your case for why you
would reliably notice someone on the CCTV, and note that you won't
    operate in poor visibilty.

Note that it is an evaluation, not a survey. It is difficult to
accurately measure, so almost everyone will be using computed separation distances, rather than actual measured field strengths.

Note that you will still be in the near field, for some of the HF bands,
even if you have an acre with the antenna at the centre.
