How does someone who claims to be an Intermediate Licensee who went through
the FL route not know the Mains Plug assessment isn’t part of the
Foundation Assessment? It was part of the Intermediate Assessment.

Anyone who had done the assessments would know that.

False claim re the Full License.

Still doesn’t explain why someone who claims to be an Intermediate doesn’t know the assessments.

Just like the upgrade lie is still unexplained and the HNC/D BTec

The obvious answer is they don’t hold any of the qualifications, not one.

The last time I had to fit one was when we bought a German fridge from
John Lewis which came with a Euro plug and a UK converter.

Still doesn’t explain why someone who claims to be an Intermediate doesn’t
    know the assessments.

Just like the upgrade lie is still unexplained and the HNC/D BTec
    confusion.

The obvious answer is they don’t hold any of the qualifications, not one. It would also explain their anger when they are exposed.

Rather like his chum who is finally paying for his crimes ;-)

Where was it made, please? I assume it is old and foreign. Over the years I’ve seen some odd ones but I don’t recall a red earth.

When in Pakistan on business, an Army base, I asked to use a bench grinder.
It was wired to the mains with three bits of bell wire ( the two core
figure of 8 stuff). No safety shield. The rest was bolted on but not in position. I moved the rest to the right position, they had never realised
what it was for. I left them a spare set of safety googles I had in the
tool kit and cut a bit of mains cable from an extension cable and fitted
it. The grinder had almost certainly been left from when the British Army
ran the base- pre not only pre partition but pre Indian independence. So at least a decade older than me. There was an old lathe, beautifully clean
etc. The operator made some bolts I needed from an old axle off something
or other. I kept a spare for years it was so well made.

Yes, the German standard at that time. Lots of gotchas when fitting UK
plugs to old Polyskops. I think Eumig was Austrian, but they used the
    same standard.
