OFCOM - blaa, blaa, blaa

OFCOM has announced some new documents on its website. I remain unimpressed. All it seems to do are things that make money and don't involve thinking or law breaking. RF? What is that then?!!

Why is anyone surprised? The whole basis of creating Ofcom was to
reduce regulation and enforcement to a bare minimum so that licences
could be sold so that money could be made by both the organisation
itself and by its licensees.
Ofcom was created in 2003 by the Blair New Labour government. Like so
much that government did it wasn't done for the benefit of people with
a technical interest in the means of use of the electromagnetic
spectrum. Sadly this approach was not limited to the UK, it is also
seen in the EU and the US.
