    I did post these, and felt they were of genuine legal note.

    Hope it isn't to brash to post separately ?


    Why did the SG have to "seek permission" ?

    And how was it in the gift of the court to refuse it ?

    Is there any appeal against this decision ?

    The offence is "contempt of court", so it makes sense that the first
    step is to ask the court agrees with the person being prosecuted for
    the alleged contempt of it.
