    of life" mean.

    It's where a person *mainly* lives; which means where they sleep, eat, take baths, use the toilet, and store their possessions clothes etc.

    Does it have a legal definition?

    Quite possibly. Or there again, surely the intended meaning is sufficiently unambiguous for this to be unnecessary ?

    As a student in the 1980s I was registered at Uni and home. I only voted
    at Uni though, as I knew even then it was an offence to vote twice.

    Being in London I also had a vote for ILEA. Ask you parents.
