UK court finds since most of the offences are (a) in the UK and (b)
covered by UK law, the US don't get a look in.
Slight problem that UK police gave up in 2019.
First time I've read of the treaty working as intended.
Presumably the underlying legal principle is total and utter failure on
the UKs part is not a valid reason to extradite ?
I wonder how many other cases this could kybosh ?
