SAFETY ORDER AS CASE NUMBER L10182359 LISTED FOR A CONTESTED HEARING ON
11 NOVEMBER 2021 BY ALLEGED BREACHES AS CASE NUMBER M11048888.

Your Honour, this matter as originating CASE NUMBER: L10182359 has now
been before the COURTS for 18 months, as grounds for the interim
intervention order dated 20 FEBRUARY 2020 which in our prudent view are predicated upon fabrications, misrepresentation and false assertions
against corroborated facts to the contrary.

Our considerations as COURT FILING dated 6 SEPTEMBER 2021 conveys the
claim that the PAIRED and PROXIMITY ACTIONS:

• Saint Patrick's Day #175 - MARION / MAGDALENE WOMAN WITH NAKED CHILD
statue unveiling;
• Oak Tree Planting on 27 OCTOBER 1934 (ie. same year the Sydney /
Melbourne War Memorials were opened) by the Duke of Gloucester;
• #48 - RITUAL (LI) x #6 - CONTRARIETY (LI) associated with BOER WAR
#288 - memorial commemorations

Were made in support of IRISH REPUBLICAN ACTIVISM then attempting to
hijack the WORLD WAR ONE CENTENNIAL which is sustained by a #449 -
CATEGORY OF UNDERSTANDING as evidence (TETRAD #70 - SEVERANCE by #71 -
DOMINION matrix pairing) of intellectual property theft and an intention
to besiege my person, reputation and property.

The grounds for seeking ORDERS with either a confabulation of dates then entirely misrepresents this reality or completely omits any reference to
the respectful and robust conversation which is evinced by my usage of
the term ma'am some five times and the disaffected person responding on
three occasions by usage of the term "DARLING" as an endearment.

The audio recording was necessary to avoid any incriminations or
recriminations as libellous claims to being THREATENING in any manner whatsoever as unconscionable and irrational conduct falsely claimed by

FAMILY WAR HISTORY OF MARITAL INFIDELITY RESULTING IN AN ILLEGITIMATE
CHILD AND SUBSEQUENT SUICIDE OF OUR FATHER etc) by the installation of
the #175 - MARION / MAGDALENE WOMAN WITH NAKED CHILD STATUTE granted an opportunity to have their reasonable objections or recommendations
('perhaps the school grounds with an existing memorial might be a better situational premise') heard as then by means of a PLANNING PERMIT being consideration of due process.

The claims of the disaffected person that I have repeated[ly] "ABUS[ED]
THE AFFECTED PERSON REGARDING THE CATHOLIC CHURCH" is a contemptuous
slander given the CHRISTMAS DAY remark was only a statement as to
