    Round here, a few years ago, 2 young people were killed when the Volvo
    Estate they were in hit a tree. It was all the fault of the road, despite
    the victims were both under the legal age to drive a car - and had just set
    off from a travelling community site.

    Pointed out elsewhere that the police were a bit slow in not realising
    the lad was probably following a vehicle driven by a father or uncle.

    Yes and no. Many of them do come from an EU country, but as that country
    is Ireland, the Common Travel Area still allows free movement.

    Not in England. 1930s was the BIG influx of gypsies in England.
