Howard Oakley's SilentKnight tool showed THIS result on my iMac recently:-

    https://ibb.co/ws2QdTt

    "Gatekeeper Unused"

Remember me getting THIS warning recently too?

    https://ibb.co/DLLBScF

"Mints.app" was blocked from use because it is not from an identified developer."

Circumstantial? Hmmm. I was told to ignore the 'warning' and install again.

I felt a modicum of unease about not heeding/ignoring warnings from my
    macOS.

    Thoughts, anyone?

There seem to be no other cases I can find online where there as an issue. You
cannot recall the details of what led up to the error -- it should have had an
error messages. It is even possible you downloaded some other app with that name.

I would not be concerned with it.

Thank you for your comment and advice.
