  • WinSysClean anyone ?

    Just had email saying new version of WinSysClean free has been
    released.
    Never heard of it. Has anyone any comments about it ?
    Snake oil, good ?

    I've never heard of it either, but a quick search suggests that it's a >product that has been around a while, and doesn't seem to have any
    nasty surprises lurking in its innards.

    Whether you actually need it, of course, is another matter entirely.
    Being able to find where all the free space on your hard disk(s) has
    gone is all good, but poking the Windows Registry too often probably
    ain't unless you *really* know what you're doing.
