• How to kill AdobeARMService?

From Justin Thyme@21:1/5 to All on Thu Nov 19 18:02:08 2015
AdobeARMservice (described as Adobe Acrobat Update Service) runs
continuously and I cannot use Widows Task Manager to kill it. Any
suggestions about how I might do so would be welcome. And having killed
it (let's hope) I do not want it to start up again. I'm using Windows 7.

    TIA
