    Go for the 2nd one and put linux on it. As is said windows 11 won't run properly on either

    What exact CPUs do they have?
    Most computers that support 4 or more GiB RAM have an amd64 capable
    processor that is necessary for Windows 11.

    I cant imagine why anybody would shell out on any machine without SSD
    storage these days - and I would question the value of 6GB of ram on a
    32 bit machine

    Avoid both of them.

    Did you not read the o/p?

    The info there can't be correct. If the CPU is x86 only, Windows 11
    couldn't be installed.

    '32 bit 400MHz bus' suggests they are very old. Likewise a 32 bit CPU. Probably a Pentium 4, dating from 2000-2005. So I would go for 'neither'. Anyone selling these and claiming they will run Windows 11 is a scammer.

    I would look for something with minimum an Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 processor
    - the ~10 year old versions are pretty cheap used these days.

    For example, before Christmas I bought on ebay a Dell Latitude 3590 laptop
    with an i5-8250U CPU (from 2017) 128GB SSD and 8GB RAM, for £100. Approved for Windows 11 and runs it just fine.

    I got -plenty with Core i5 or core i7 processors at decent price with
    SSD and windows 10.
