    Possibly, for those with the inclination to try.

    My guess is it will be so small that business accepts it as a standard
    update. After which Win 11 can diverge from Win 10 over time. Why they
    want to do this, I don't know. I can't see many people paying for an
    upgrade. Maybe it just gives MS a clean way of ditching legacy support?
