• Business Opportunity?

From Jeff Gaines@21:1/5 to All on Mon Oct 28 15:47:31 2024
Over they years I have managed to break 4 x feet from my Corsair
Carbide-100R computer cases so I now have 1 x case with no feet.

Corsair actually sell them for peanuts but they are not in stock and
    postage cost is silly.

However, Googling turns up several offer of plans/templates for 3D
printers, and they do look exactly like the real thing. Is this a business opportunity or have I missed the boat? I was thinking in terms of buying
the plans and looking for somebody offering to make things to plan. I
think the investment just for 4 x $1.50 feet is a bit much!

In the meantime I have 4 x rubber door stops on the way from eBay :-)

I seem to have missed the boat by a wide margin!

I have ordered them from an online 3D print supplier, will let you know
    result.

I take full responsibility for what happened - that is why the person that
    was responsible went immediately.

    That's what I would use.
If the door stops are not stick on then double sided tape will save
having to enlarge or drill new holes.

1.79 for 10. Probably be a bit quieter on rubber feet too...
