I bought one of these things on Aliexpress, a brand I never heard of before. It was not for mining, but I needed something with a lot of PCIe slots.
The thing would not POST. Tried everything, even swapping CPU. Unfortunately, total inadequate documentation from manufacturer. Eventually I found a clue in a Russian forum (seems these things were only sold in shit-hole countries). It needs low-voltage
RAM! Seems the stupid mainboard has locked the voltage to low. Maybe a design flaw, so they dumped the boards wherever they could.
