• New Build Fan Control

From Jeff Gaines@21:1/5 to All on Sat Dec 2 10:56:43 2023
My new mobo had 4 pin fan headers and I have some new fans with 4 pin
headers not used on a previous build. My current PC just runs the fans all
the time (directly from the PSU).

Any thoughts? They are 120 mm fans so run quietly. Do I let the mobo
control them (or some of them) or just let them run full time?

I take full responsibility for what happened - that is why the person that
    was responsible went immediately.

If the MoBo will control them, go for it.
It makes an amazing difference to noise when the fans throttle back.
