From Jeff Gaines@21:1/5 to All on Tue Aug 15 10:12:38 2023
Updating my File Manager and noticed that $RECYCLE.BIN is now RECYCLE.BIN
    in Win 10.

    Is that new?

I take full responsibility for what happened - that is why the person that
    was responsible went immediately.

    That made me check - it's C:\$Recycle.Bin and F:\$Recycle.Bin but D:\Recycle.Bin.

Does it actually contain the per-SID sub-folders, or is it just a normal
    folder called recycle.bin ?

C & F have Recycle Bin (no full stop) in $Recycle.bin while D is empty.
