    Hmm, not a huge amount of information to be gleaned from the headers -
    it was posted at eternal-september, has your email address, the same
    user agent you use (though an older version), but not your x-face. The posting-host in the Injection-Info header looks to be an MD5 hash and
    there are no other occurences of it in my spool, so not much help there either... Perhaps eternal-september have a log of the actual host it
    came from.

    Could it possibly be an old, postponed, message that you didn't send at
    the time but somehow got held until something triggered it to be
    flushed out today?
