Any suggestions as to where to get help for Android please? Samsung Galaxy
Tab A7 lite, added an outlook account in the wrong place, deleted it, now
it says it already exists even though it doesn't and I have re-booted
    since deleting it.

When you get there, try to be a bit more detailed about what "the wrong
    place" means ...

Many thanks, Andy, looks like another live News Group :-)

I had actually managed to fix the problem, quite intuitive:

Google the error message (basically says you have already added that
account - even if you've deleted it).
Find loads of hits and suggestions that don't work.
Search around for MSFT apps on the 'phone and delete them (I've got rid of
    them all except One Drive).
Try and add the account again, get a message that you must add a Hotmail/Outlook account with that email address.
Try again, discover there is no option to add a Hotmail/Outlook account
now you've deleted all the MSFT apps.
Look at other options, discover Bluemail allows you to add a
    Hotmail/Outlook account.
    Add account via Bluemail.
Try to point the calendar at it, can't, discover the default calendar is
    the Samsung version.
Find Google calendar, fire it up, tell it to use the Hotmail/Outlook
    account instead of Gmail.
    It works.

Just in case it stops working can somebody remind me to put the rubbish
    bin out on Wednesday please.
