• BT Mini Home Wifi Mesh

From GB@21:1/5 to All on Sat Aug 28 13:31:38 2021
I have a Fritzbox router, and I have just bought some BT mesh discs.
(Yes, why mix the old BT tech with the newer Fritzbox, but that's a
discussion we've had at home, so let's move on.)

Anyway, can I leave the Fritzbox wifi on, or do I have to turn it off?

As you prefer. Few/no devices that are given creds to both will roam
    across both though.

I'd turn the Fritz! wifi off in order to produce a cleaner RF
environment for the mesh to work in.

If you can't measure it, it's not science.

I turned it off for setup, but it seems to be okay with both running at
the moment. Hopefully, that will satisfy the purists, who want the
fastest connection, whilst filling in the dead spots around the house,
for those who just want to be connected.
