  • Mark of the Devil?

    In my trials and tribulations with visual studio 2022 I have just been presented with this error message:

    "Couldn't process file ConfigureSMTPForm.resx due to its being in the
    Internet or Restricted zone or having the mark of the web on the file.
    Remove the mark of the web if you want to process these files."

    Is the mark of the web MSFT's equivalent of the mark of the devil?
