I downloaded minitool partiton wizard to split the 256GB drive on a
newly acquired, refurbished Surface Pro.
I'm shown that 237GB of the drive is labeled as C:(BitLocker) and is
shown as being 100% full.
Is this going to be tricky in terms of access and division?

I recommend changing the partitions in Windows. It is possible to do so
even if the partition is being accessed.
I just overwrote the lot with a new Win 10 installation.
Having to give my life history to complete was a new one on me though.
