Happy Declaration of the Bab Day to any Baha'i readers.

I am not Baha'i but was strongly influenced by my B.Sc.(Hon.)
thesis supervisor, who is Baha'i, and so consider myself
indirectly influenced by the Baha'u'llah and the Bab.

For my ongoing progress see alt.religion.druid .

However I am not claiming to be a Prophet or to have
received Revelation, but am claiming to be an avatar type
similar to Rama, Krishna, Jacob, Moses, Buddha, and Jesus
among many (I divine 1187, about half human and
half cetacean of many species, of many regions in the
    last 14,000 years.)

But I think that Abraham, Paul, Nanak, Mohammed,
the Bab, and the Baha'u'llah were not avatar types
    but were Guru/Missionary/Founder/Prophet types.
I think the Baha'u'llah did get a call at age
27 as I did, but the sunspot cycle details were
not the same, nor were other biographical details,
plus I have vowed to not start a new religion.

Baha'is are not the sole group who celebrate the Declaration of the Bab, and the picture of Him given by your thesis advisor is obviously a skewed one since he was a Baha'i.
