The Selective Cull has to be modified:
(A) for medium criminal it is still:
--lenient option not involving prison time
--if that is rejected, an intermediate prison time option
--if both those are rejected, shortened lifespan relative
to what should be expected after the evolution
(B) for major and extreme criminal it is now:
--prison time option
--if that is not followed, death relatively soon (but others can
force the criminal to the prison time option to save his or her life).
--when they get up to medium criminal level (A) would apply
With that in mind the m.s.h.c.p. and m.s.g.s.b. should
both be on. Let me know if you notice any effects
(e.g. from the m.s.h.c.p., someone who you know is
very criminal should have negative charisma modulation
if he of she is not following his or her h.c.p.;
from the m.s.g.s.b. I have had negative feedback when
thinking of veal and stronger negative feedback when
thinking of images of dolphin meat I had seen on
Faceoook).
