Troutdale man arrested on suspicion of sex abuse, law enforcement
seeking information
By Hillary Borrud | The Oregonian/OregonLive
Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt and the Gresham Police Department are asking the public to get in touch with any information
about possible additional victims of a Troutdale man who was recently
arrested and charged with sexually abusing four children.
Gresham police arrested 38-year-old Adrian Lewandowski on Nov. 23,
after police learned during an investigation that Lewandowski
allegedly sexually abused the four male victims when they were between
the ages of 10-17. According to a law enforcement news release issued
on Saturday, Lewandowski abused the boys "repeatedly, over the course
of many years ..."
Police and the district attorney are asking the public for help
identifying additional possible victims because of the number of
alleged victims and the tactics Lewandowski allegedly used to groom
his young victims.
Law enforcement learned during the investigation that Lewandowski
bought candy and games for his alleged victims, in an apparent
strategy to gain their trust. Gresham police detectives found that
"all four victims have similar gaming interests and that Lewandowski
likely took advantage of that fact," according to law enforcement.
This included board games, card games and online gaming.
Anyone with information can call Gresham police detective Aaron
Turnage at 503-618-3136 or email Turnage at
