中国房地产巨头碧桂园(Country Garden)将以约4.28亿美元的价格出售所持的一家商业中心运营商的股份，所得资金将用于帮助重组境外债务。

这家负债累累的开发商周四表示，其一家附属公司将出售持有的珠海万达商业管理集团(Zhuhai Wanda Commercial Management Group)全部1.79% 股权，代价为人民币30.7亿元（4.28亿美元）。

出售的净收益将用于重组境外债务。

珠海万达商管集团运营着494个商业中心，其中290个为万达集团(Dalian Wanda)所有。

根据碧桂园公开披露的信息，截至6月底，碧桂园尚未偿还的国际债券和贷款约为152亿美元。
