英国竞争和市场管理局(Competition and Markets Authority, 简称CMA)周五表示，已经批准了亚马逊(Amazon.com, AMZN)拟议的以17亿美元收购iRobot Corp. (IRBT)的交易。

CMA于4月份对亚马逊收购该Roomba制造商的交易启动了初步的正式调查，CMA得出的结论是，这项交易不会在英国引发竞争方面的担忧。

在其他一些司法管辖区，监管部门仍在对该交易进行审核。
