英国�垄断监管机构周五表示，Meta Platforms (META)已提出限制对其他企业的广告数�的使用，以应对竞争方面的关切。

英国竞争和市场管理局(Competition and Markets Authority, 简称CMA)周五表示，Facebook的所有者Meta Platforms已提出关于�将竞争对手的广告数�用于其Facebook Marketplace分类广告�务的承诺。该公司还将采取�
�施，对于使用广告数�来开发在英国提供的与其他广告客户存在竞争的其他Meta产品进行限制。

如果CMA接受这些承诺，与之存在竞争的广告客户将能够选择拒绝让自己的广告数�被Meta用于Facebook Marketplace。

CMA表示，其初步看法是，Meta的上述提议应对了CMA的竞争方面的关切，CMA正就这些拟议的承诺征求意见，然后�决定是否接受这些承诺。意见征询期将于6月26日结束。

英国竞争和市场管理局(Competition and Markets Authority, 简称CMA)周五在一份初步决定中表示，微软(Microsoft Corp., MSFT)提出的对其750亿美元收购动视暴雪(Activision Blizzard Inc., ATVI)交易的修订方案回应了该�
��构的关切。

CMA表示，微软提交的新交易方案应能减弱对云游戏竞争的�害。

该机构称，根�修订后的交易方案，动视暴雪将向育碧(Ubisoft Entertainment S.A., 5447.FR)出售其云游戏版权，这为该交易获得批准打开了大门。

CMA表示，该监管机构正就微软提出的旨在消除其余担忧的补救措施征询意见，之后�会作出最终决定。

CMA称，征询意见的最后期限为10月6日。
