RESPONDING TO CLOUDED ARGUMENT WITHOUT CLAIMS AGAINST GOVERNOR OF EKITI:
The solicitors, advocates, representatives, and intervenors of the Governor of Ekiti failed to state ordinary and factual evidence which must draw up clear claims against the Governor.
There is difference between writing for the general house of assembly and special lawmaking, public, courts, lawyers, etc. entities but this paper is for the courts for only court clerks and not judges, and lawyers of record not for the state lawmakers,
judges, people of Ekiti, House of Assembly of Ekiti.
On the stand of the support of the governor, it appears as if the writers are writing to put cloud on the sins and violations of the Governor of Ekiti.
Unnecessarily, they articled the actions of opposition and Governor of Ekiti without stating what Governor did which called out the opposition to oppose the unknown crimes committed by the Governor of Ekiti.
In normal defense inside and outside the local, state, and federal lawmakers, judges, people of Ekiti, House of Assembly of Ekiti, etc.they said nothing to raise any dust against the governor and the opposition.
Citing the closed following raw content of the law is not necessary:
1. Part 2, Section 176 (1) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
2. Section 180 (1)
3. Section 189(1) of the same constitution
4. Section 176 (2) of the constitution.
With 1 to 4 above, untrained person at law will not find any chance to know what the Governor of Ekiti did what which the opposition claims in this cloudy dispute.
Why we decided to write about Nigeria from New Biafra (SS & SE) is that Governor of Ekiti is one of the extremely few governors that is able to oppose the ex-convict, criminal, corrupt and wanted President called General Muhd Buhari.
House of Representatives and Senate of Nigeria are weak to pull down this criminal of the highest order on crime of terrorism or kidnapping of late Hon. Umaru Dikko in June 30, 1984 - July 3, 1984.
Shocking that Buhari became the President of Nigeria and supported by other criminals (Obama, Bush, Theresa May, Cameron, Sergio Mattarella, Tony Blair, François Hollande, etc) by silencing and deliberately criminalizing all the leaders of PDP, APC,
We are surprised that Governor of Ekiti has not been able to mobilize the House of Representatives, Senate, governors, etc. of Nigeria to file criminal complaint against this criminal Muhd Buhari at the Federal Court of Nigeria to force him out of office
because Buhari is not fit to be the President of Nigeria and hold same and other offices inside and outside Nigeria.
UN took several million dollars from Edwin Clark, Jonathan, Muhd Buhari, Femi Osinbajo, Obama, Bush, Theresa May, Cameron, Sergio Mattarella, Tony Blair, François Hollande, etc. to organize a fake meeting in February 2017 and select the following
monetized 10-criminals to disrupt the plan of the REFERENDUM IN NEW BIAFRA (SS & SE):
a. Dr Dozie Ikedife (Leader of the Delegation)
b. Gen Joe Oseluka Achuzia
c. Barr Debe Odumegwu Ojukwu
d. Engr. Anthony Chibuzo Aniebue
e. Mr Michael George Umoren
f. Ms Chidinma Uche Onyejiuwa
g. Mr Anthony Chukwuma Harmattan
h. Mr Emmanuel Okezie Nwachukwu
i. Mr Richman Yinbiri
j. Rev. Leon Ifeanyi Ugwu
These 10 criminals attended several meetings organized by Edwin Clark, Jonathan, Muhd Buhari, Femi Osinbajo, Obama, Bush, Theresa May, Cameron, Sergio Mattarella, Tony Blair, François Hollande, etc. and received several millions of dollars, pounds,
euro, etc which were given to them in boxes and other luggage. These types of bribery and corruption are given in boxes and other luggage to avoid traces if given by checks.
"LAWYER SLAMS EKITI ASSEMBLY FOR FAILING TO HOLD FAYOSE ACCOUNTABLE"- AYODELE ABERE IN EKITI
The Ekiti State House of Assembly has described those calling for the illegal removal of the State Governor, Mr Ayodele Fayose, from office as jesters who are also ignorant of the provisions of the constitution of Nigeria.
This is coming just as an activist lawyer, Morakinyo Ogele criticised members of Ekiti State House of Assembly for allegedly looking the other way when the executive was breaching the Constitution.
The Assembly also said the people are jobless and are mediocre who are only being used by their pay masters who have been rejected in the polls by the people of the state.
The members of the Assembly spoke through their Speaker, Hon. Kola Oluwawole, in Ado-Ekiti on Wednesday, while reacting to a statement credited to a group, the Coalition for Good Governance and Anti-corruption, which said in Abuja on Tuesday that
Governor Fayose be removed from office.
”The EKHA as a matter of fact wouldn’t have dignified this faceless group with any response, who out of joblessness and mediocrity are busy chasing shadows; but for their attempt at misleading the public hence our reaction.
Those calling for the removal of Governor Ayodele Fayose are nothing but political jesters and theatre art practitioners masquerading as activists.
“Unfortunately, they are speaking from Abuja and not from Ekiti, thus they have no jurisdiction to cry more than the bereaved in the first instance about government and governance in Ekiti State.
“The EKHA would have ignored these marauders, but they need to be aware of the following facts. The Office of the Governor of Ekiti State is established in Part 2, Section 176 (1) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended
for a period of 4 years herein called the term of office and Section 180 (1) listed all extraneous conditions that can make an occupant to cease to hold the office as a governor.
“Also, Section 189(1) of the same constitution listed the extraneous conditions of removing the governor of a state through the House of Assembly.
Nowhere was it stated that some drunkards can gather after a binge night out and ask for the removal of a sitting and performing governor with executive powers as conferred by Section 176 (2) of the constitution.
“The EKHA is saddled with the responsibility of oversight functions, particularly with powers on matters of evidence against any political office holder in Ekiti state inclusive of the governor as enshrined in Section 129 of the Nigerian constitution
“These functions, we have carried out without fear or favour and with so much vigour in the overall interest of the people of Ekiti State. Nowhere and no time in Ekiti State will the legislature and the executive be at loggerheads because we remain
indivisible, inseparable and closely bounded, sharing the same umbilical cord with the Governor of Ekiti State, Dr. Fayose.
In an open letter dated January 3 a copy of which was made available to reporters on Wednesday, Ogele expressed dismay that the lawmakers have “turned themselves to slave boys of Governor Ayo Fayose.”
He contended that the legislators has failed to act as checks and balances to the Executive and disappointed their constituents who elected them into office.
Ogele who is also the National Coordinator of Ekiti Redemption Group (ERG), said he was writing the letter as an indigene of the state and in public interest noting that the state legislature has been turned to a circus show rather than serious business
The lawyer berated the Assembly for failing to hold Fayose accountable for how public funds are being spent and for allowing the governor to address them while wearing military camouflage." - By AYODELE ABERE IN EKITI
