Now we are on the stage of the REFERENDUM in BIAFRA (SS &SE). Before Monday August 15, 2016 at 6.00 p.m. Biafra (SE & SS) Referendum Straw Vote and affirmative voting day 2017 Committee will start to be mounted everywhere
domestically and diasporally to mark-up date for Voting for ONLY Biafrans (SE & SS) inside and outside Biafra (SS & SE).
Biafrans you must be careless about what the governors, politicians, Biafra military or soldiers are doing.
Referendum is democratic process to put the United Nations of Biafra (SS & SE) on the World Map peacefully without killing one soul.
All the soldiers in Biafra (SS &SE) are designated as CIVIL LIBERTY FIGHTERS and they are fighting according to domestic and UN International Laws.

state Nigeria because:
