Would defeat USSR in court: "USA military 10% dictatorship 90% elected officials"
The USSR if ever used precedent to kill USA in courtroom, a dictorship leader who could power share 10% of the nation where dictator could be ousted by 90% of USA people and MUST have no opinion and no argument on behalf own personal views, for example,
abortion and death penalty and other issues that are controversial the dictator MUST be FOR and never AGAINST, for example, pro-abortion and pro-anti-abortion.
Such a dictator will be able cover precedent where considered conceded to USSR in court, where able to enforce as dictator opposite what USSR could contend could kill USA with in court precedent instantly upon contention of USSR could kill entire USA
with.
Back prior to 1990, USSR was trying to find a way to kill USA with.
