Well .......... instead of turning left to go to the pharmacy
all those sinners turned right instead to where the heroin
dealers lived - and a new profitible industry was born,
one of vast proportions. Anybody with a 3-digit IQ
could have told 'em that would happen ... guess
self-righteousness lowers IQ scores eh ?

So now we've gone from the "Oxy annoyance" to the
'opioid CRISIS' ...

Think they're gonna change their approach and attitude ?

Nope. Not a chance. If anything they'll just use a bigger
hammer since the smaller one didn't yeild the expected
result. That's how Americans do things.

And our political leaders ... the puritans and bluenoses
and do-gooders and soccer-moms and bible-thumpers
and for-profit prisons and cop-stuff-makers put HUGE
amounts of money in their campaign war-chests ... so
they ain't gonna do dick. Most of them do have 3-digit
IQs but they're not on any mission to promote sanity ...
just on missions to increase their own wealth and power.

And that's that.

Want sanity ? Well, move to ... um ..................

Well while I agree with some of your opinions
do you really think it is worth feeding the troll?
I cut the newsgroups back to talk.politics.misc and talk.
politics.drugs leaving out the abortion, atheism etc
newsgroups.

Where are going to get the sanity to legalize
drugs unless you introduce wider use of cannabis which
promotes "sanity" in some overly rigid personalities
long propagandized to accept the Government's version
of reality around drugs.
