Hal's Poll Question #2 = Do we grown-ups each individually have the inalienable right to choose our own vegetables?

    ---------------------
The choice in question here involves the whole process from planting the seed, to marketing the harvest, to shopping, to cooking in the kitchen and, finally, to eating at the dinner table.

As in the old television game series "Twenty Questions" [~1950-1954], almost all simple objects can be divided into three basic categories: "animal, vegetable or mineral". All plants are clearly "vegetable", including such currently & notoriously
prohibited items such as the opium poppy, the coca plant and their refined products such as heroin & cocaine.

Does the reader answer affirmatively to this given Poll Question, then she [or] is endorsing the right to Freedom Of Diet or "FOD" [Expanded Variant = "FODAD" for "Freedom Of Diet And Dress"]. This in turn implies the abolition of the regime of neo-
Prohibition*, the release of many hundreds of thousands of prisoners in the USA alone (by far disproportionately colored men, including Latinos) and specifically the abolition of the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration** or D.E.A. and its related
secret police agencies of repression aka "narcs".

A positively related concept = MONAPEGA for "MOther NAture's PEaceful GArden".

A related point for possible future discussion = the 10th Amendment in the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Whereas the original U.S. Prohibition of traffic in alcohol [1920 to 1933] was duly authorized by the 18th Amendment until its repeal on Tuesday, 5 December 1933, the Feds, dominated by rich Jews & whites, have now for nearly a century simply usurped
the power to forbid ceremonial veggies favored by colored minorities such as opium for the Chinese, cocaine for the blacks and marijuana for the Mexicans [for essential details, see Musto's cited work]. From a strict legal POV this criminal power grab
means that all victims of Federal, at least, dope busts are entitled both to free pardons with apologies and to heavy compensation for damages resulting from kidnapping under color of law.
