    Reportedly, near Rio, even the sharks have cocaine
    in them. Not sure if it's enough to DO anything, but
    it DOES show how much tooting is going on.

    What is shows is how much white powder or rock is
    not getting to market and is contaminating the food chain.
    I think Orcas, called "killer whales" but which are really the
    largest member of the porpoise family of aquatic mammals may
    have been eating coked sharks and it is making them quite
    rambunctious. They have been attacking small vessels.
