There are LOTS of cases of kiddies seriously
over-dosing on these things. Mostly it does
not do any serious damage - but it scares the
shit out of parents/authorities. That's more
than enough for legal/legislative action.
Clear - the "gummies" and "candies" angle HAS
to be disappeared immediately. Make 'em ugly,
yucky, nothing any 6 year old would EVER eat.
If not - well - it's gonna be back to total
illegality or *severe* legal consequences for
parents/etc ... no slack.
Gummies can be a problem for adult who do not
pay attention. At a party given by a friend of mine
edibles were out on dish and a adult of mature years
acted like a greedy child and grabbed for candy. I use
mine for pain and sleep and try to keep them in well
marked containers. But nothing is fool-proof.
Anyone can eat anything they can stick in the
mouth. Former friends are not happy with each other
even though maybe both at fault.
