    Whenever advertising any job, the employer should have to post a tentative pay range for the position.

    The employer should also have to post the promotion possibility after 1, 2, 3, 5,
    and 10 years, and the approximate percent of employees so promoted.

    would be the promotion possibility of an assembly line worker after 10
    years when those positions are being automated?
