Citizens in an Estonian district have chosen the cannabis leaf
as the symbol on their new flag and coat of arms, it's reported.

The Kanepi municipality in southeast Estonia was created last
    July through the merger of three previously separate districts ;
and as a result of the local government shake-up, residents were
given the chance to vote on a new symbol to represent the district,
    state broadcaster ERR says.

The overwhelmingly popular choice among the people of Kanepi
was a design based on the cannabis leaf. According to ERR,
"kanep" is the Estonian word for cannabis.

Hemp was/is a big cash crop in that part of the world.
The seeds my hemp milk is made from might well come from
there. As well hemp has a myriad of uses from fiber to
hemp seed oil. The USA due to the restrictive laws has
to import all the hemp seeds for oil or conversion to milk
    has to be imported.

I don't know if this class of hemp for fiber or food
is good enough for medical use. Probably headache weed like
the stuff growing all over the American Midwest.

Speaking of medical use California legalized recreational
use and now all cannabis production is taxed at higher rates
Formerly a chocolate bar capable of yielding 16 doses went
for 18.00 US but now a chocolate bar containing no more than
10 smaller doses is 27.00 US.
So medical users are being penetrated by an inclined
    plane wrapped around a cone.
Besides that all cannabis is being being wrapped in
more than twice the amount of non-recyclable plastic and
    foil.

I don't know how much longer I can afford to continue
my medical cannabis use since the price has more than doubled
    by my estimation.
Too bad I cannot take aspirin or other cheap and
common medication for pain. Oh well better find a cheap
    Kanepian flag to wave.

    bliss
