Political power, money and violence are material attachments that contaminate and contradict pure devotional service. Therefore they are shunned by pure religion.
The problems of violence in the Mideast cannot be solved by those who are attached to material wealth, political power, and violence because the real solution is purely spiritual beyond the sectarian and selfish misconceptions of material identity
individual and collective namely materialistic race, materialistic religion, and materialistic nationalism.
