100% Loan to Value, FHA Home Loans.

Present Income Doc, only, required; not 2 years for FHA Home Loans.

Increase the Limit on FHA loans, to equal the FHFA Conforming Loan Limit.

Allow 250 year fixed loans, (interest only equivalent), on loans up to 55% value
of Conforming Loan Limit.


This is for primary residences only.
