Canada, the United States, and Hong Kong should have an EU together.

    This would include:

    1.The right to Work.
    2.The right to Reside.
    3.Equal rights.
    4.If Political rights.
    5.And Human rights.

We should have a bill human rights out of this treaty. This bill of rights goes
into the U.S. Federal code. Only 51% vote to pass, not 2/3rds of Congress, and
3/4ths of the States, like for the Constitution.

Only address murder and other capital crimes, and recognize your right to action
    and per se possession.

Then we can connect it to the EU like the EFTA; and to the Russian EAEU, and then
all four organization can have have each other, and circle the North Pole.

[(Japan could do the same thing, with South Korea, and the five orgs could have
    each other.)]

(Our three existing free associates, Palau 20,000, Micronesia 100,000, Marshall
Islands 60,000, can be permitted into ours, and don't figure in the least, and can
also maintain their separate treaty and Compact with us.)
