Bumping to emphasize the danger. As soon as you let up your guard, COVID will

    spend, if they are put out of a job. So why don't we just pay them to stay at home;

    And switch to all take-out.

The restaurant will still sell as much food by take-out. People still need to eat.

So, thinking about this more, did the restaurants sell just as much during stay-at-home? Is take-out actually *more* profitable than dine-in, for not having
to pay waiters and busboys; but as soon as the other restaurants open to dine-in,
consumers are eating from there and not buying take-out from you, so you have to
open? Did, on the other hand, consumers take-out from less fancy establishments
    more often during stay-at-home?

The restaurant will be able to get rid of dinning room costs, and thereby turn
more a profit or reduce prices, as people are forced to not dine in.

The Restaurant industry employs 2.5 million waiters, and more busboys.

Employing people to commit self-harm and expose themselves to COVID for non-essential purposes, yet for your own entertainment, is criminal exploitation.
We can still have business lunches if necessary on Corporate office building private terraces with take-out.

    Just a thought.

It's been over 6 months. We have to make things sustainable now.

COVID may be here in 3 years. It may be here in 3.5 years. It will not be gone
until it is gone. So any COVID Response has to be sustainable. No one knows the
    future.

COVID exemplifies government errors and civilization's social problems.

Socialism becomes all the more pertinent in a time of crisis, not that it wasn't
always right and pertinent anyway. Because people are hurting much more.

We may have a vaccine in 6 months+, or not for decades. No one knows the future.

It should be emphasized, that children can have friends over. In your own home
you should only be having intimate parties with your close friends. Work from
home if/when you can, should remain. We should raise the minimum wage to 65% per
capita GDP of the County over the next year or two, and provide hiring incentives.
    Underemployment masks true unemployment.

Wear a mask if you're liable to be in close proximity to strangers/those not willfully near you.

COVID prohibitions should all be based on the principles of Employee and Consumer
protections. Firefighters have to put their lives in danger. The general principle of employment law is the work ought not be unnecessarily dangerous, injurious, painful, or unsanitary/poisonous. If people had money so they didn't
have to work, perhaps you could let them make their own decisions. As they have
to work or die, you have to stop them from being criminally exploited. The other
side of that coin is taking their job away, which means you have to provide them
with an education and ability to find new employment.

As for Consumers: Advisement, Marketing, Advertising, and Product Labeling should
be required and regulated. Prohibition has no place for Consumers.

"The Congress shall have Power To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes." - U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 3

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of
the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the
Government for a redress of grievances." - U.S. Constitution, 1st Amendment

The restaurant industry is almost $1 Trillion in Sales Revenues, and employs 10%
    of the workforce:

United States Restaurant Industry: (From Wikipedia, the Free Encyclopedia) "The US restaurant industry was projected at $899 billion in sales for 2020 by the
National Restaurant Association, the main trade association for the industry in
the United States. An estimated 99% of companies in the industry are family-owned
small businesses with fewer than 50 employees. The industry as a whole as of February of 2020 employed more than 15 million people, representing 10% of the
workforce directly. It is the nation's second largest private employer and the
third largest employer overall. It indirectly employed close to *another* 10%
when dependent businesses such as food producers, trucking, and delivery services
were factored in, according to Ohio restaurateur Britney Ruby Miller. In Delaware
and Massachusetts, one in ten workers is employed in the restaurant industry. In
North Carolina, 11% of workers are employed by the industry. In Texas, 12% of
workers were employed by the industry as of 2016.

$899 billion: Was restaurant industry's projected sales in 2020.
    /$22,321 Billion Total U.S. GDP = 4.028% GDP

The effect of the 2020 coronavirus epidemic was in March of 2020 projected to be

People eating and drinking, and talking with their masks off at restaurants and
