    . . .

Remember who started it ... but, as feared, this
ultra-disruptive trend is spreading - and now in
the opposite political direction. This whole thing
is the greatest threat to democracy in the USA that
ever was - and disenfranchises all would-be voters.

Expect Texas and maybe a few others to get in on
this within the next week or two.

Florida and Texas are BIG states, important to the
    process.

The USSC must rule on this practice VERY SOON before
more damage is done. It'd be REALLY GOOD if it was
a unanimous decision. Only possible issue, is there
any precedent ? Any actual federal laws ? It might
be an issue over which the court has no authority.

Admittedly, the upcoming CONVENTIONS don't REALLY
require voter feedback - indeed some, like JFK,
were selected when they were never on ANY ballot.
BUT, do states also have the power to keep the
names of candidates for FEDERAL offices off their
    ballots at a whim ?

So, what's next ... find excuses to keep 'blacks'
or Jews or women or whomever off the ballots ?
    Once it starts ........

Just for the benefit of anyone actually after the truth and who might be
this uninformed. The Colorado legal action that resulted in Trump not qualifying for the ballot was brought by REPUBLICANS.
