On Monday’s Mark Levin show, Chuck Schumer and the Democratic Party
have a new 2018 campaign slogan, “A Better Deal for the American
Worker.” The Democrats don’t care about anybody who works, they care
about people going on welfare. Their idea is a more massive
bureaucracy with more regulation with more controls. Schumer
promises to raise the minimum wage, to create new government
agencies, to establish new welfare programs, and to spend $1
trillion on infrastructure. Which is to say, the Democrats have no
new ideas. They’ve been selling this warmed-over, marxism for over
100 years, which is one of the reasons we’re in the situation we’re
in right now. It’s a better deal for America’s welfare recipients.
After that, President Trump is saying if Republicans oppose a motion
to go forward with a procedure to debate Mitch McConnell’s
healthcare bill they are for Obamacare. Trump is trying to press
Senators to vote for this procedural vote. What we need to do is
support the Constitution. If we are not going to take a stand on
Obamacare is there anything we are going to take a stand on? In
addition, General Tony Thomas was talking about a leak to the New
York Times which outed a covert agent. This agent’s name was made
public by the Times who argued that it was already public, but that
doesn’t matter. This is why people hate the media.

On Monday’s Mark Levin show, Mitch McConnell is threatening
consultants and third parties that if they help anyone going against
Luther Strange they will not get business from the Republican Party.
What he is doing against Mo Brooks is despicable. McConnell is
trying to paint Brooks as an anti-Trump and pro Nancy Pelosi
politician. McConnell is a failed leader who cannot communicate to
the people and tell the truth to his base. He and the Republican
elite view us as pawns and as people to be manipulated. The
Republican machine lies and deceives its constituents every election
cycle. After that, Bernie Sanders likes to talk about how great
single payer is. Why didn’t Vermont put single payer in place if
they would have saved money by implementing it? Sanders keeps
bringing up Canada as a good example of single payer. Nobody runs
from America to Canada for their great healthcare because of lines
and rationing. Do the American people want to wait 47 weeks to see a neurologist or wait a month to see a radiation oncologist? Why don’t Republicans go to toe to toe with Democrats on this debate?
Republicans support big government healthcare. These politicians
keep passing laws of which they know nothing about. This is about
us. Have you ever had a government agency that was responsive to
you? We are all supposed to hate the private sector, private
business and successful people, because Sanders and his ilk are
always trying to pass their ideology on us. Also, Sanders should be
reminded that people are not thrown off their healthcare at all, but
will drop the coverage once the healthcare mandate is eliminated.
This healthcare debate has been based on all lies. To add, Anthony
Scaramucci is no longer the White House Communications Director.
Trump was right to let him go. It doesn’t matter who you are, no one
has a right to talk the way he did to reporters. John Kelly will do
a good job in this position. Later, a two state solution is a final
solution for the state of Israel. The Palestinian authority is now
going to give $344 million in foreign aid to terrorists. This money
is coming from the U.S., Europe and even from Israel. Finally, the
North Koreans say they can now go as far as Denver with an ICBM. Our
Congress has been spending an entire year in chasing phony collusion
claims. We have a special counsel who is investigating, among other
things, the firing of James Comey. Meanwhile, More than half the
continental U.S. is within range of a North Korean missile. It is a
    grave threat to the country.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Joe Biden is addressing the
nation because coronavirus deaths are reported to have surpassed the half-million mark. A virus from communist China that’s unleashed in
America was not our choice, but for many Democrats, abortion is their
choice. Donald Trump has consequently been one of the strongest pro-
life presidents in history. Biden is celebrating a 100 million vaccine milestone based on Trump’s Operation Warp Speed success. Biden only
cares about his legacy; he wants to be more radical than FDR and Obama
with his massive spending and overreaching executive orders. Then, the
US Supreme Court refused to intervene in several cases today; the
Pennsylvania election lawsuit and a question on whether the government
can access a former president’s taxes. Justices Clarence Thomas, Sam
Alito, and Neil Gorsuch are the only members of the Court that have
upheld the Constitution. Later, the Democrats are trying to steal this
country; change the citizenry and voting base by opening the borders,
they’ll do anything for power. Democrats want a one-party country just
like they created a one-party state in California. That’s why they’ve
filled the latest coronavirus bill with all sorts of pork from student
loan debt relief to public health surveillance.

    Rough transcript of Hour 1

    Hour 1 Segment 1

Obviously, the surgery went well. It’s a boy, Mr. Producer. No, no, I’m
just kidding. I have a very bad deviated septum, I’ve had it for
decades and decades. And I was having trouble breathing and you can
still hear I still have these things in my nose for the recovery, but nonetheless. My wife, my family was getting on me. And so I finally
jumped in, you know, I set up the surgery many weeks ago. So that’s
what it was about. That’s all about heart surgery, nothing of that
sort. But I want to thank you all. I want to jump in on this. I’ll do
the best I can. To address this in a way that I think is pertinent and appropriate. OK, Joe Biden is giving a talk right now. Reading off a teleprompter, which is fine, because we’ve now exceeded 500,000 deaths
from the coronavirus. I want to put a little footnote on that, I don’t
    know that it’s 500,000, 400,000, 570,000 or 300, 12,000, and really
nobody else does either, because our government, the CDC and others.
Have been very ambiguous, at least early on, about how to. How to
count? And then it’s the import hospitals and others to put the
information in. But let’s say it’s 500,000. What’s interesting to me is
we don’t see these charts and graphs on TV anymore, and I’ve talked
about this, about 15 percent of those who’ve died have died since Joe
Biden was president of the United States. Now, why do I bring that up
to assign blame? No, but he did he did that to the prior
administration. He politicized this and exploited it as much as he
possibly could right into the Oval Office. I’m bringing that up because
a pandemic is a pandemic and it doesn’t know partying, it doesn’t know politics, it doesn’t know ideology. And so was appalling. What the
media and the Democrat Party and Joe Biden tried to do. Prior to him
being sworn in as president, the United States and I noticed nobody
does it, they him. And there’s an excellent piece by an excellent
writer, Matt Margolis, at PJ Media I want to get to in a minute, but
before I do. That number of 500,000. I heard the media say this earlier
today and I heard Joe Biden just say it, that’s more dead than a World
War One, World War two and the Vietnam War combined. Over 30 million
babies have been aborted in this country, well over 30 million. That’s genocide, the likes of which the world has never seen. And I don’t care
what the liberals say or some Supreme Court lawyers have to say or
anybody else has to say, those are human beings. They’re not reptiles.
They’re not foul. Those are human beings. Those are babies. And people
can deceive themselves into believing there’s something else, but
they’re not. Follow the science. Those are human beings. And so I just
have to say, Joe Biden was almost. Religious in his lectures early on
about coping, and we have to fight things together, and I get it. But I
don’t see the moral distinction. When you’re talking about human life.
And when you’re talking about tens of millions of human beings. Who
aborted? The overwhelming, vast majority of whom would have been born
healthy. And yet our Supreme Court. Our Congress and this president.
Governors throughout this country and state legislatures throughout
this country. Not only accommodate it, they insist that we all pay for.
I’m willing to have this moral discussion with a Joe Biden or a Nancy
Pelosi, both of whom are Catholic, or Chuck Schumer who is Jewish, I’d
be more than happy to have this discussion about morality and life and
death more than happy. A pandemic is one thing. A virus unleashed into
this country as a result of what the communist Chinese did. That’s one
thing, and we fight it as best we can. But abortion is a completely
different issue. That’s not a viral pandemic. And this president. Is an
active supporter of a radical policy that would require all of us to
pay for these abortions, whether we morally object or not. There’s no
vaccines for abortions. Our prior president, Donald Trump. Opposed
abortion. He came to this. Not out of politics. Not out of positioning
himself, he came on. Because of his belief system evolved over time. In
fact, you could say he was the number one anti-abortion or pro-life
president we’ve had, and that’s true. And he fought the pandemic to
tooth and nail. The reason we have a vaccine to distribute at all is
because of what occurred in his administration. And there’s an
interesting. That even in the current administration bind, they don’t
talk about warp speed with a third vaccine or a fourth vaccine, if it
happens, it happens. If it doesn’t, it doesn’t. That’s quite a
different attitude that the Biden administration has now. The Trump administration had, isn’t it? Very different attitude. We don’t get
daily or even weekly press conferences telling us. We’re pushing hard
the next vaccine operation, this, we’re working with this, we’re
working with that Johnson and Johnson may have won, some of the others
may have won and so forth. Fine. But they just leave it to the
bureaucrats in these various departments, the so-called scientists and
medical experts, the fortune and fortune types with these different responsibilities, and if they come up with one and work with the
private sector, great. If they don’t, they don’t. We haven’t heard a
single thing that is the equivalent of operation warp speed. We could
use another vaccine or two. And then you see the Associated Press. The
biggest propaganda operation on the face of the earth because of its
reach, a wire service. And you wake up this morning and they’re
celebrating Joe Biden, he’s going to hit 100 million vaccines in 100
days, they may even do more. But nothing’s been changed. The assembly
lines are making the vaccines that we’re making them when Donald Trump
was president until he left office or the same assembly lines. And then
you build efficiencies, you can expand. You learn other techniques. To
move it from point A to point B to preserve the vaccines under very
cold temperatures and so forth, this is the natural course of things. A
Biden administration hasn’t done anything special, hasn’t done anything
unique, it hasn’t done anything. It seems to me under any kind of
pressure timeline. And it’s been all over the map on this issue. And so
I’m more than happy to have the moral discussion about this, I’m more
than happy to talk about numbers and all the rest of it. These are
human beings. And the other thing I notice. Is that this White House
has been utterly and completely silent. When it comes to some of the
behavior by some of the governors, politicians in resulting in some of
these deaths. Biden is yet to say a word about Andrew Cuomo. Look at
his cover. Now there’s a criminal investigation, nothing he has said
nothing about six Democrat governors in six of the biggest states. That insisted and forced individuals with covid positive results in nursing
homes and assisted living facilities, nothing, not a word. And when we
come back, I want to tell you. But so far, the best I can tell what Joe
Biden has done. His attack, his predecessor. If they done something terrifically new about production, about new vaccines, about new
distribution, how come there’s nothing in front of us, nothing tangible
to read or feel or talk about? There’s nothing. I’ll be right back.

    Hour 1 Segment 2

Matt Margolis, PJ Media. More proof Biden’s attacks on Trump’s vaccine distribution plan are based on lies. Earlier this week, Joe Biden
falsely claimed the President Trump failed to order enough quote
unquote. covid-19 vaccines was the latest in a series of attacks from
the Biden administration criticizing the vaccine distribution plan or
lack of one left by the Trump administration. It’s amazing to me. Two
vaccines developed. In eight months. Really seven months, you know,
we’ve never done that before. The average time for a vaccine is over
five years. It just amazes me that the president, Donald Trump, is
criticized as if he didn’t care, he didn’t do anything. He knew in the
end that Fauci was wrong. He knew in the end that wearing masks or
paper hats or sneakers or or hiding under the table for the rest of
your life wasn’t going to fix or resolve anything, was going to make
matters worse. So he took the whip to the bureaucracy, which is one of
the reasons for pushing the other. Didn’t like him. And he insisted and demanded that they work like never before. Not that they cut health
corners, but they cut bureaucratic corners, that they get off their
asses and work overtime to get things done. No. Nine to five. And that
they work with the private sector. The best companies in the world, and
that’s exactly what was achieved, and then these two companies
announced days after the election that they have vaccines. Now, you
know, in the bureaucracy knew we had vaccines, you know, these
companies knew we had vaccines, but they waited. They waited. And then
you had Joe Biden throughout the summer and Kamala Harris downplaying
the idea of a vaccine. I interviewed the president. That’s President
Trump in September. I said, what do you make of all these attacks and
so forth? Says because they know we’re going to have them and they
don’t want to you know, they don’t want it to negatively affect their
electoral chances. And that’s exactly what happened. They exploited it.
And they’re still trying to make you believe. But for Joe Biden and
Kamala Harris and some invisible new bureaucrats and staff. But for
them, we wouldn’t be on the glide path we’re on now, it’s a lie. Kamala
Harris said there was no national strategy or plan for vaccines, we
were leaving it to the states and local leaders to try and figure it
out in so many ways, we’re starting from scratch on something that’s
been raging for almost an entire year. That’s what she said in an
interview with a left wing site, Axios, the other week. Even Fauci had
to dismiss the claim. He said, We’re certainly not starting from
scratch. We’re coming in with fresh ideas, but also some ideas that
were not bad ideas with the previous administration you can’t say was absolutely not usable at all. It’s taking what’s going on, but
amplifying it in a big way, he added. And I don’t know even know why we
care at fault, he says, since he wasn’t even in charge of the project,
quite frankly. But the Biden administration is still using the same
vaccine distribution models developed by Operation Warp Speed under
President Trump. I want to repeat this so even the AP, MSNBC, CNN, The
New York Times, The Washington Post and all the other liars and frauds. Understand what I’m saying? The Biden administration is still using the
same vaccine distribution model developed by Operation Warp Speed under President Trump. Because Trump had the professionals handle this. The
military, HHS, the scientists. It’s more or less the plan that we put
together, frankly, that’s happening and maybe there are improvements
and that’s really great some acceleration. But clearly we didn’t go
from no plan to a plan and from no vaccine to a vaccine. Dr. Munsif
Sulloway, the former head of the Operation Wharfs Beat, told Fox News
last week. He also said he was surprised the Biden administration is
gloating about a vaccine distribution plan that isn’t their own. Biden
always the plagiarist, huh? The data also proves that attacks from the
Biden administration are unfounded. According to a graph generated by
newsie vaccine production and distribution under Biden has not
accelerated, but rather follow the same trajectory as it was under
Trump followed the same trajectory that it was under Trump, as I just explained, whether you’re building computers or iPhones or cars or
whatever. Once the assembly lines in place, once the knowledge is in
place, the production begins to pick up, pick up, pick up and then you
have cost savings on top of everything. Joe Biden’s Department of
Defense also doesn’t dispute that the distribution plan is the same as
it was under Trump. In fact, General Gus Perna, who led the effort
under Trump, is still there in the same exact capacity. Centralized distribution is being managed by the CDC through an existing contract
to deliver vaccines and supply kits. We continue the mission to
accelerate the development, manufacturing and delivery of safe and
effective vaccines and therapies. And General Pernick continues in his
role overseeing this effort, Pernice spokeswoman Lara Oke told Newsie.
So Joe Biden has said he wants to unify the country rather than give
President Trump the credit he deserves, is actually trying to take
credit for the vaccine and a distribution plan. He has absolutely
nothing to do with. Matt Margolis. PJ Media, you got that Washington
Post, The New York Times, you got that CNN and MSNBC, you got that all
the rest of the crap media, all you have to do is dig into it. You’ll
find the same information again. This is why we don’t get press
conferences from Biden or others telling us all the new fandangos kind
of activities they’re involved in. They aren’t. I’ll be right back.

    Hour 1 Segment 3

Do my best here. Drip, drip, drip. I want to talk to you about a
subject that I’ve spent really much of my life studying, and that’s the
Supreme Court of the United States. The first book I wrote was called
Men in Black. And in that book, you’ll notice that the foreword was
written by Rush Limbaugh. And that book came out in 2005. It was the
number one selling book on the Supreme Court, other than the Brethren,
which was gossipy book about what clerks have been telling this
particular reporter about the justices and so forth. That was not my
book. I said at the time, you know, when people rely on the court,
they’re relying on people. The many ways are highly political and
highly partisan. Some of them are able to control themselves and they
have a philosophical approach to interpreting the Constitution that
comports with their obligation to uphold it and defend it, but most are
not. And you can see much of that in the history of the court. There
are three justices today. Who comported themselves with great honor.
Who have respect for the rule of law and respect for you, just three
out of this out of the nine. In those three. The great Clarence Thomas,
thank God for Clarence Thomas, the great Sam Alito, who has been
absolutely exceptional. And Neil Gorsuch, who’s either really, really
good or not. But not Kavanagh and not Coney. And what am I talking
about here? This is how Reuters puts it. U.S. Supreme Court formally
pulls the plug on election related cases. The U.S. Supreme Court on
Monday brought a formal end to eight lingering disputes pursued by
former President Donald Trump and his allies related to the election.
The justices turned away appeals by the Republican Party of
Pennsylvania and Republican members of the state legislature of a
ruling by Pennsylvania’s top court ordering officials to count mail in
ballots that were postmarked by Election Day and received up to three
days later. They did more than that. They eliminated the signature
requirement and other requirements. Three of the nine members on the
court, six conservative justices. Well, that is a lie. And they’ll
continue to do that in the media because it serves their narrative.
Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch dissented from the
decision not to hear the Pennsylvania case. The high court, as
expected, also rejected two Trump appeals challenging Biden’s victories
in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, based on claims that the rules for mail in
ballots in the two election battleground states were invalid. The court
also turned away separate cases brought by Trump allies in
Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, all states won by Biden. And
then they say Trump made false claims and so forth. Well, how do they
know Trump made false claims? The court won’t hear it, this court won’t
hear him either. Why do the media report this way? Anyway, on the
Pennsylvania case. On the Pennsylvania case. Happen to be familiar with
both of them, the one to me that was the strongest of the cases was the
one that was a straight up challenge under Article two, Section one,
clause two of the Constitution. Which is very simple. That is that the
Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the attorney general of Pennsylvania and
the secretary of state of Pennsylvania, have absolutely no authority to substantively change election laws in the state yet. That’s precisely
what they did. Now, that’s not the way it’s explained by Reuters or AP
or any other news organizations. But that’s exactly what they did. Now,
you have three justices who wanted to hear that case, six who did not.
So what happens next cycle, which is exactly the point of the dissent.
We’re going to be right back here again because this wasn’t resolved,
and I can guarantee you that the leader of this of this sort of rogue
effort. Is the chief justice of the United States, John Roberts. But
the fact that Coney and Kavanagh joined with Roberts and the leftists
on the court, appalling. What is the use of the Supreme Court, it gets
involved in every damn thing imaginable, every cultural issue has to be
run by the Supreme Court, whether it’s abortion or prayer, whether it’s nativity scenes. Whether it’s marriage, every single cultural issue is
run by the Supreme Court, why all they are lawyers? Why do they control
what happens in every state, in every town and in every public square?
But here we have something that occurred under the federal constitution
where the framers could not have been clear, the state legislators,
even John Roberts, should be able to read that. But six of them,
including Kavanagh and Coney, they great cabin on the great Coney.
Decided. Not to get involved. Shame on them. They have helped. To pour
fuel on the fire of the division in this country by failing to uphold
the United States Constitution and drawing a line that’s their damn
job, not to interfere in all these other matters. Now, the second
Pennsylvania case. Which is straightforward, black and white, simple as
can be. The Pennsylvania state legislature, Republican. And the
Democrat governor. Conspired to violate their own constitution. Now,
you might say, what’s it have to do with the federal government,
nothing, except it involves the selection of electors who choose the
president and vice president of the United States. So it has everything
to do with the federal constitution. It’s not a federalism issue. In
other words, state legislatures are free to conduct themselves as they
wish within the civil rights requirements and so forth. But they’re not
free to violate their own constitution. In order to create a situation
where you have tainted electors being counted in Washington, D.C. on
the day those electors are counted. So they disenfranchise the people
in Pennsylvania. By not actually amending the Constitution, by
effectively passing a statue in lieu of an amendment that allowed for
mail in voting, and they felt pressure to do it because of the
pandemic. We’re destroying our country based on this pandemic. You
understand the left is running right through it. That was a simple up
and down case. And the state Supreme Court of Pennsylvania with a
variety of outrageous tricks, wouldn’t even hear it. The appellate
court in Pennsylvania, this appellate judge, she was fantastic and
courageous. She said, yes, I’m going to hear this case. Because the
plaintiffs in this case make a very serious argument that our state constitution was violated and that it taints and has an effect on the
federal constitutional process. She was shut down in 72 hours by a
partisan elected state supreme court shut down and then they shut down
the petitioners. They made it impossible for the petitioners to even
have their day in the state Supreme Court, and now they don’t get their
day in the federal Supreme Court. So there’s your court system, ladies
and gentlemen. What a crock. What a joke. Good job, John Roberts. Those
were the two most important cases. Because they specifically addressed
the federal constitutional system, which was violated in Pennsylvania,
which was violated in Wisconsin, which was violated in Georgia, which
was violated in Michigan and frankly was violated in Arizona. And so
now what? And so now guess what, ladies and gentlemen, the Democrats
are going to feel that they can do whatever the hell they want in these
states and they’re going to go back into these states. And they’re
going to push an agenda even further to make it absolutely impossible
to win the state’s. In other words, your United States Supreme Court.
We wrote the federal Constitution of the United States by not acting.
Because it allowed these rogue actors, all Democrats. Except in the one instance in Pennsylvania with the Republican legislature, allow them to
change the language effectively, practically in terms of implementation
under the federal constitution. Your federal constitution was changed
in the last election. I don’t give a damn what The New York Times, The Washington Post opinion this, this, that I don’t care what any of them
say, I’m not even addressing fraud. I’m addressing a crooked system,
systematic violations of our constitutional system. And there they are,
six of the nine justices sitting on their asses doing not a damn thing
about it because they’re afraid of what will be said about them in the editorial pages of The New York Times and The Washington Post. Cowards, absolute cowards. There is a justice Coney, there is a justice
Kavanagh, you have fought like hell for them and then they spit on you.
But the justices did have the votes. Well, I should say the opposite.
The justices took another pass today. They think it’s OK for a local
Democrat prosecutor to get the tax returns of a Republican president,
whether he’s in office or out of office now, what kind of door does
that open? What kind of an idiot do you have to be to not understand
the precedent that that creates any pretext for investigating a
president now by some slob out of some city or town or county? Any
pretext that they can. Pulled together to make it seem like a
legitimate investigation. Will now be a basis for a president having to
provide his tax returns. Just because Democrats in the media demand the
tax returns of somebody, I open the Constitution, it’s not in there.
There’s no requirement. Matter of fact, let me suggest this to you. You
know, in the Constitution was originally written and adopted, there was
no damn income tax. There was no Internal Revenue Service. So now some
jerk elected district attorney in Manhattan, Vance Jr., whose dad was
an idiot to. A clown, a secretary of state who resigned under Carter,
of all people. Now, he says that we shall continue on, continue on.
They tried the emoluments clause, they’ve tried everything they can
against Trump. But now here’s what I believe. I believe all the
financial records of every Supreme Court justice should be revealed.
That we need to have transparency, that branch of government is
cloistered and hidden behind very thick marble walls, which, by the
way, has chiseled above the door, Jesus and Moses, the Ten
Commandments, you know, all the things we’re not allowed to have.
That’s what they walk under every day in order to get to their office.
No hypocrisy there. So we need transparency. We need to know all about
their financial relationships, family members, because, after all, they
have the final word, quote unquote, on the Constitution. Just ask them,
they’ll tell you that. And we need Nancy Pelosi’s tax records and her
husband. Why just Donald Trump? Why just Donald Trump? I’ll be right
    back.

    Hour 1 Segment 4

What is the point of the Supreme Court? I don’t even know. It’s just
appalling what this court has done and now now that it you know, people
say, well, it hasn’t ruled well, it ruled in a way now that clearly
sides with the Democrat Party and their lawyers. Clearly undermines the constitutional construct that was put together in Philadelphia and
adopted by the conventions in the states, it says state legislatures,
state legislatures. And if the Supreme Court can’t even discern that
term in the Constitution, what the hell good is it? Tomorrow, Men in
Black, how the Supreme Court is destroying America. Well, look at it.
It’s been wrong on so many immigration issues, so many regulatory
issues, so many tax issues. It upheld the Great Society and the New
Deal and all these other things. It has advanced a radical approach to
gender. I mean, so here we have a straight constitutional question and
it becomes controversial, why? Because it might cost the Democrats
well, why is that controversial? Do the right thing. You know, Breyer Sotomayor. What’s the other one, Kagan, those three? They marched
together on these controversial issues and they never break ranks. They
never break ranks. It’s like the Democrats in Congress, they never
break ranks. The Republicans are all over the place. So the way to look
at this today is that basically. John Roberts, a disastrous chief
justice, Michael Luttig should have been the chief justice. Kavanagh,
who you bled for and argued for and prayed for. Coney, who the
president moved heaven and earth to make sure she get on the court, not
for him, but to uphold the Constitution, all three of them. Let down
the country today. All three of them. All three of them let down the
country today. They’re so worried about positioning themselves and
positioning the court, that’s why I said it’s become a political
entity. In so many ways. But we’re not getting justice in the Supreme
Court, and that is a huge problem for a society when the court doesn’t
uphold the Constitution, even when it’s black and white, even when you
really have to do somersaults in order to come up with a different
conclusion. The court is doing severe damage not just to its integrity,
the integrity of the electoral system, but the integrity of the
Constitution. A disgraceful day. I’ll be right back.

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, Anthony Fauci deserves criticism for
spending more time on television than at his desk studying infectious
diseases. Fauci is only in charge of infectious diseases, not all
science and public health, yet many might think he did. Now, Fauci is
taking credit for the decision to develop the coronavirus vaccine. The
fact is that he simply was not the decision-maker here, it was Donald
Trump that made these decisions and for him to suggest that it was his
choice is a bald-faced lie. Then, immigration continues to plague the
southern border and President Biden remains ineffective while
deflecting the blame on Trump. Sen. Ted Cruz was blocked from providing oversight at border facilities by a highly trained activist preventing
any reporting or photography. Later, on March 26, 2020, a brave
whistleblower called into this program and broke the story of what Gov.
Andrew Cuomo was doing by executive order to the senior citizens in
nursing homes in New York State. The deadly decision was a fatal
failure for approximately 15,000 elderly patients, even though only
6,500 patient deaths were reported by the Cuomo administration.
Afterward, Sen. Ron Johnson calls in to discuss how the left is
comparing ICE to the Ku Klux Klan. Johnson remarked that the media
plastered emotional messaging about ‘kids in cages’ during Trump’s
presidency but seem to give Biden a pass for doing much worse. Finally,
Gov. Mike Dunleavy calls in to explain that Alaska is taking rightful
ownership over navigable waters and other areas within Alaska that are currently federally controlled. He also announces that Alaska is
considering becoming a sanctuary state because they will not help the
    federal government disarm Alaskans.

    Hour 1 Segment 1

Hope you had a great weekend. But here we go. I have to deal with this
first, as you know, I’ve been extremely critical of Anthony Fauci. I
was skeptical of them early on, but I was respectful. But now I think
we see a man who truly is narcissistic and egomaniacal, a man who has
been so wrong so often about this pandemic that it’s hard to keep
count. A man who’s on TV, it would appear, for most of last year,
rather than his desk studying the data. I don’t know how you do both.
You know, I’ve told you just to write a book. I spent weekends and
nights and early mornings. And that’s when a book, if you’re the
infectious disease, are in effect. Shouldn’t you be at your desk
handling calls, making calls, looking at the data, just studying this
stuff over and over and over again? And Fauci. Did something that was
really stunning. See, we have a Department of HHS. That’s the umbrella department that oversees the CDC, the NIH, the FDA and the NIH oversees
the infectious disease operation that Fauci works. And so, just so you understand, while he heads infectious disease operations, he doesn’t
head the science. And health. And medical operations of the nation. He
simply does not he has a rather narrow lane. Decisions about funding pharmaceutical companies. Decisions about buying vaccines in advance,
decisions about bringing in the United States military to help with distribution and coordination between various private sector
corporations and so forth, Fauci makes none of those decisions zero.
And the media almost intentionally. Want this ambiguity to persist.
Because they know he’s a liberal, he’s been around Washington for 50
years and he’s obviously a source. And they wouldn’t put them on TV all
the time if he wasn’t the perfect foil. And so where is he? He’s on CNN yesterday, he’s on CNN Sunday. And here in part is what happened, cut
three go when I saw what happened in New York City. Refrigerated trucks
are now being mobilized as makeshift morgues almost overrunning of our
health care system. It was like, oh, my goodness. And that’s when it
became very clear that the decision we made on January the 10th to go
all out and develop a vaccine we had a number of vaccine candidates may
have been the best decision that I’ve ever made with regard to an
intervention as the director of the institute. What is he talking
about? I happen to know some people who are in these meetings. There
were in these meetings with the task force. And I also happen to know
on too many occasions. Fauci was the naysayer. That Fauci was carrying
the bureaucratic line. So this is really quite troubling to me.
Thatcher wasn’t in charge of vaccine production. He wasn’t in charge of deciding what companies the government should back. He wasn’t a
coordinator with these companies. Obviously, he kept track of what was
going on. But he wasn’t a principled decision maker. The Food and Drug Administration, the Center for Disease Control, National Institutes of
Health, the Department of HHS, these are big bureaucracies with tens of thousands of people. Too many of our fellow Americans believe that
she’s in charge. Thatcher was not in charge. Donald Trump is in charge.
And it was Donald Trump. Who made the changes in the approach when it
came to these vaccines, how do we know that? Because he was open about
it with Operation Warp Speed, he brought an outsider in to oversee it,
not Fauci. So now she’s taking credit that he made the decision on
January 10th to go all out to develop a vaccine that is a bald faced
lie that is so dishonest. It is a bald faced lie. And then you have Joe
Biden, who takes credit for the vaccines. And now we’re on track to
have 200 million people vaccinated. In his first 100 days. Those
vaccines were produced. They were bought for developed and produced
under the Trump administration. In fact, they have paid for 800 million vaccination shots. With seven different companies. And as it became
clear. That certain companies actually had vaccines that would. That
would do the trick and vaccines that were ready to go, they ordered
more vaccines from those companies, but Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson. And as I pointed out last week at some length on Live in TV
and on my Fox show and here behind the microphone. When they left
office, the Trump administration. Had ordered enough vaccines. To
vaccinate 550 million people. Fauci had nothing to do with that
decision, it was Donald Trump who made the decision early on that we
have to defeat this, that we have to have a war against this this
virus. It was Donald Trump who was at loggerheads with the FDA telling
them to hurry, hurry, hurry. While it was Biden and Kamala Harris and
their ilk on the sidelines, shooting spitballs, telling to follow the
signs, follow the science. It’s one thing to follow the science. It’s
another thing to follow the entrenched bureaucracy. And I dare say a
Donald Trump listen to Fauci enough, we still wouldn’t have vaccines.
The Trump presidency is the only presidency I’ve ever seen with a
president doesn’t actually get credit for the things he’s done. It’s an
amazing thing to watch. I mean. If anybody deserves credit for this,
it’s the men and women who develop these vaccines, but it’s the
president of the United States who made it possible he subsidized and capitalized these pharmaceutical companies to come up with vaccines by
the billions and billions of dollars. We have never ordered vaccines
that haven’t even been invented yet and paid for them in advance.
That’s exactly what Trump that because he has a businessman’s mind. And
he also knew we have to be able to transport these vaccines. So that
entire system had to be developed by the Trump team. And then people
needed actually receive their shots. And the good admiral who was
involved in that whole process on the radio with me last week, I
believe it was, he pointed out they had tens of thousands of locations
already. Lined up. Including drug stores and so forth, already lined up
to give the vaccinations. And that by the end of May, early June, the
Biden administration really didn’t have to do anything and they really
haven’t done very much, quite frankly. And Fauci makes a comment by
this like this, and of course, you hear the music and CNN’s promoting
it. And that’s when it became very clear that the decision we made on
Jan that tend to go all out and develop a vaccine may have been the
best decision that I’ve ever made with regard to an intervention is the director of the institute. I think this may need some attention. I
really do. I think he needs some attention. And if, in fact, the best.
Medical and scientific experts are in Washington, D.C., and they’re
not, but if they are. He should take a little bit of time off and visit
them, have an examination. One of the greatest hospitals on the face of
the earth is just down the road, it’s called Johns Hopkins, maybe you
should go over there for a little bit of a respite. Because this guy
truly does have an appalling Pollyanna psychology. They go on national
TV and say that it was the best decision he ever made. This is truly delusional. Mister, don’t wear a mask, mister, do wear a mask, mister,
wear two masks. Mr. all over the map. Remember him, I played it the
other day, wear goggles, goggles. Wear goggles. Goggles were double
masks even after you’re vaccinated. Which, of course, defeats the
purpose. And here he is again on Face the Nation. So he’s on CNN
yesterday and he’s on Face the Nation yesterday. It’s like a bad rash,
you can’t get rid of this guy. By Margaret Brennan, cut go. So if
parents are vaccinated, they still do need to be concerned about their unvaccinated children playing together in groups. Sadly, they don’t.
That’s the science that they don’t. Because the children how many more
times do I have to say this, I only hear it from the experts over and
over and over again, that children are the least likely to have a
problem with it, the least likely to be the spreaders and all the rest
of it. And she asks that this stupid question because she knows she’s a contrarian. Go ahead. Yeah, the children can clearly wind up getting
infected when we talk about what you can do when you’re vaccinated, you
can certainly have members of the family. If the adults are vaccinated
and you’re in the home with your child, you don’t need to wear a mask
and you can have physical contact. When the children go out into the
community, you want them to continue to wear masks when they’re
interacting with groups from multiple households. Why, well, they might
pass the virus along, but we’ve already been told by other scientists, including at Johns Hopkins, including at Stanford, including at Oxford, including at Yale. I mean, real schools that they don’t. And way back
in July, I think it was Mr. Producer, we had five of the top
pediatricians in the country. Say that they would send their kids to
public school back then. Maybe they had to wear masks, maybe they had
to be six feet apart and so forth, but when children are playing with
children, no, actually they don’t. That’s the science. I’ll be right
    back.

    Hour 1 Segment 2

I understand, ladies and gentlemen, you know how she mentions January
10th when he made the decision to go full bore on the vaccine? It’s a
flat out bald faced lie. He made no such decision. If I’m not mistaken,
January 10th was the very day the president began asking about a China
travel ban. Fauci was bitterly opposed to a travel ban. And he opposed
it all the way until the president finally made his decision. He was
the break on so many things, everything was too fast, too aggressive,
too risky, too untested. Sound familiar? Sounds just like the media at
the time. Now he pats himself on the back. You can see where a Fauci
Biden team. What have resulted in a disaster, potentially millions of
more Americans dead because they would not have pushed hard to get
this. This vaccine situation across the finish line as quickly as
President Trump clearly did, it’s really quite appalling. And now they
want to have vaccination passports. Why not just see her scarlet
letters on our forehead, Mr. Producer? Vaccination, passports, we don’t
even require passports from people crawling across the border right
now. No, no, no vaccination passports. Well, I can tell you right now
the illegal aliens don’t have vaccinations and they’re coming into the
country without passports, even without the virus that coming into the
country without passports. So, again, it’s a method for tracking and
keeping data on the American citizenry. It’s appalling. It’s appalling
that every time we have an issue, whether it’s a pandemic or a shooting
or so forth, our liberties are under attack, our liberties law abiding, taxpaying, productive citizens. We’re the ones who are attacked. Now,
you say, Mark, what’s the problem, what do you mean, what’s the
problem? And if you don’t have one of these passports, you can’t go on
federal buildings, there’s a thousand things you can’t do. We’ve had
pandemics in American history before. Frankly, as a percent of the
student population, they’ve killed many more Americans, we didn’t have vaccination passports. Or anything of the sort. It’s a slippery slope
with the left, ladies and gentlemen, they don’t just stop. It’s like
gun control, we went through that data at great length the other day
using the FBI statistics, informing ourselves and informing the
mouthpieces on cable TV and radio who regurgitated exactly the same
thing, the FBI statistics show. Very few people are murdered with
rifles, let alone an hour 15. But they want to, quote unquote, outlaw
them as assault weapons and then what, when they figure out that far
more people. When we’re talking about. Firearms, far more people are
killed with pistols, you will have already laid the groundwork for them
to move on to pistols. It’s just appalling. Isn’t it amazing, though,
that the people who are pushing hard for vaccination passports, Mr.
Producer, reject the idea of a voter ID, we have to show your driver’s
license in order to vote. Isn’t that interesting? No, it’s their
typical hypocrisy. I’ll be right back.

    Hour 1 Segment 3

As I as I do research all day long, all night long, all weekend long
for something I’m writing, hopefully for you. I came across something I
thought might interest you of, not concern you. And this is from last
week, the chairman and CEO of Gallup. He said 42 million people want to
migrate to the United States, 42 million. Here are the questions every
leader should be able to answer regardless of their politics, he
writes. His name is Jim Clifton. How many more people are coming to the southern border and what is the plan? There are 33 countries in Latin
America and the Caribbean. Roughly 450 million adults live in the
region. Gallup asked them if they would like to move to another country permanently if they could. A whopping 27 percent said yes. This means
roughly 120 million would like to migrate somewhere. Gallup then asked
them where they would like to move. Of those who want to leave their
country permanently, 35 percent of the 120 million or 42 million said
they want to leave for the United States. Forty two million, he says
seekers of citizenship or asylum are watching to determine exactly when
and how is the best time to make their move. In addition to finding a
solution for the thousands of migrants currently at the border, let’s
include the bigger, harder question. What about all those who would
like to come? What is the message to them? What is the 10 year plan?
330 million U.S. citizens are wondering, Soror, 42 million Latin
Americans. Well, Joe Biden has opened the door to millions of them. And
if this pace continues, we’re going to have two million aliens in this
country every year for four years or more. Something we have never seen
in this country. Never. And what they’re saying is and even The
Washington Post had to write a piece about this. Is that this is just
the beginning. And you see, ladies and gentlemen, Joe Biden isn’t
changing any of his policies. He refuses to Washington Post. The Biden administration’s attention along the Mexican border has been consumed
by the past several weeks by the record numbers of migrant teenagers
and children crossing into the United States without their parents at a
rate that far exceeds the government’s ability to care for them. But as
they raced to add shelter capacity for these miners. Shelter capacity,
you see, ladies and gentlemen, they’re not deporting. Yes, a freeze on deporting for 100 days. They basically checked them and released them
detention centres are reception centers. Many now are not receiving
dates, times and documents to appear in administrative courts. For the
refugee status hearings, they’re just being released. We have open
borders. And Biden knew he couldn’t abolish ICE and the Border Patrol,
so he did the second or next best thing. Cloward and Piven. They are overwhelmed. Half of them are not involved anymore in border security
as they take care of these people. The more that’s heard south of the
border that we’re building shelters that people are being released into
the country, that children will not be returned to their parents south
of the border, the more are coming, it’s incentivizing them. And as
they raced to add Shalrie capacity for these miners, Department of
Homeland Security officials. Are privately warning about what they see
as the next phase of a migration surge that can be the largest in 20
years, driven by a much greater number of families, DHS expects roughly
half a million to 800,000 migrants to arrive as part of a family group
during the twenty twenty one fiscal year that ends in September. And
that doesn’t count people coming as individuals, you see. The estimate
is based on what has already been a vertiginous good word increase
since President Biden took office on January 20 this month, the number
of family members taken into Customs and Border Protection custody is
on pace to reach 50,000, up from 7,000 in January. So you had 7,000
under Trump and now it’s at 50,000. The highest one month total, eighty
eight thousand five hundred eighty seven, was recorded in May 2019
during a year when more than 500 25,000 migrants arrived. And that’s
exactly why Trump put his foot down. And put an end to it. Hundreds of
parents and children have been spending hours at an outdoor processing
station next to the Rio Grande, some sleeping on the ground while they
wait for agents to formally take them into custody. It is shocking to
me that in the United States of America, we don’t have a press that is aggressive enough. To find out what’s going on in these detention
facilities. What’s happened to their lawyers? What’s happened to
litigation? This is a massive cover up like we’ve never seen before.
Roy Villareal, who retired last year after 33 years in the Border
Patrol, said roughly 40 percent of those taken in by Customs and Border
Patrol custody now are children families, but they consume 60 to 70
percent of agent’s time, attention and paperwork. And so while agents
are doing that, the borders are wide open. Biden knows this is
happening. Biden is being briefed on this. And Biden is perfectly happy
with it, just keep the press away, keep the American people as dumb as
you possibly can and bring in as many immigrants, illegal immigrants as
you possibly can because, you know, at some point there’ll be another
wave of amnesty and another wave of amnesty and legalization and
citizenship. This is another way to ensure the Democrat Party has
permanent control. This isn’t a cynical view. This is reality. This is
exactly what’s going on. The Biden administration has placed some
families arriving in south Texas on flights to other sectors of the
book, how many flights can you have that handles tens of thousands of
people? Not enough. That’s quite clear. There’s been no formal
announcement about expanded Mexican shelter capacity. However, and the extraordinary volume of people arriving to south Texas has often left
agents to overwhelm, to complete the paperwork. Specifically. They want
to turn Texas blue. They know exactly what they’re doing. And then it’s
over. Republicans can’t win, they pushed through this one, she’s with
the H1N1 bill. They change Florida excuse me, they change Texas and
it’s over. We can’t win elections. Though family groups do not require
the same intense level of care as unaccompanied minors, they often
require short term shelter stays after they are freed as well as
transportation at their destination in the United States. This amazing.
By the Biden administration, expelling some families, it is allowing
nearly all unaccompanied minors to stay. So some parents are choosing
to send their sons and daughters across the border alone as more
families are allowed to stay. More parents are expected to arrive with
their children instead of splitting up. So there you have. And what
they’re also not saying here is when children get to stay, they search
out the parents south of the border and they bring them in. They’re not
sending children back. What Trump did is he sent children back to their parents. They would try and locate their parents or relatives and send
the children back. What Trump did is say you want to claim refugee
status, which 90 percent do and 90 percent don’t get because they’re
not refugees. They don’t qualify for asylum under federal law. He said,
fine, you can do that in Mexico because he made an arrangement with the
Mexican government. A truly remarkable arrangement with the Mexican
government that was not working with us almost at all before. And the
Mexican government agreed that all these people coming into Mexico, as
well as their own citizens who wanted to come into the United States
based on some refugee status, had to file their paperwork in Mexico.
Biden gets rid of that on day one, Biden gets rid of the wall on day
one. So there are massive gaps and people know where they are. But most
of all. Biden is empowering. The genocidal. Domestic terrorism. Of
these drug cartels in Mexico, he’s actually undermining the Mexican
government, he’s enriching these cartels and these people are being
abused, 30 percent of the women are sexually molested who come here.
The children are being molested and otherwise abused. That’s what Biden
has done. That’s why he doesn’t want the press to cover even the
friendly press, even the Democrat Party press. That’s what Biden has
done, and I’m going to tell you something, these Democrat
representatives from these border areas, they are fuming. Biden never coordinated with them. And. In one case, they don’t return one of the congressman’s calls. This is a bipartisan thing. At least it is in
south Texas, but not in Washington, D.C., where they’re utterly
untouched. They’re utterly untouched. Shocking what’s going on here.
It’s shocking how little control we have over this. I’ll be right back.

    Hour 1 Segment 4

President of the United States has had about enough of Fauci and
Berk’s, and so he has issued a statement which I want to read to you,
that President Trump. He said based on their interviews, I felt it was
time to speak up about Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx’s to self promoters
trying to reinvent history to cover for their bad instincts and faulty recommendations, which I fortunately almost always overturned. They had
bad policy decisions that would have left our country open to China and
others close to reopening our economy and years away from an approved
vaccine, putting millions of lives at risk. He’s exactly right. We
developed American vaccines by an American president in record time,
nine months, which is saving the entire world, we bought billions of
dollars of these vaccines on a calculated bet that they would work
perhaps the most important bet in the history of the world, Dr. Fauci
and Dr. Birx moved far too slowly. And if it were up to them, we
currently be locked in our basements. As our country suffered through a financial depression. Families and children in particular will be
suffering the mental strains of this disaster like never before. In a
fake interview last night on CNN, Dr. Fauci, who said he was an athlete
in college but couldn’t throw a baseball even close to home plate, it
was a roller tried to take credit for the vaccine when in fact, he said
it would take three to five years and probably longer to have it
approved. Dr. Fauci was incapable of pressing the FDA to move it
through faster. I was the one to get it done. And even the fake news
media knows and reports this. Dr. Fauci is also the king of flip flops
and moving the goalposts to make himself look as good as possible. He
fought me so hard because he wanted to keep our country open to
countries like China. This is a fact. I happen to know this. I closed
it against a strong recommendation which saved many lives. Dr. Fauci
also said we didn’t need to wear masks, that a few months later he said
we needed to wear masks. And now two or three of them, Fauci, spent us
money on the Wunan Lab in China. And we now know how that worked out.
Dr. Birx is a proven liar with very little credibility, left many of
her recommendations reviewed as pseudoscience. And Dr. Fauci would
always talk negatively about her and in fact, would ask not to be in
the same room with her. The states who followed her lead, like
California, had worse outcomes on covid and ruined the lives of
countless children because they couldn’t go to school, ruin many
businesses and an untold number of Americans who were killed by the
lockdown’s themselves. Dr. Birx was a terrible medical adviser, which
is why I seldom followed her advice. Her motto should be do as I say,
not as I do. Who can forget when Dr. Birx gave a huge mandate to the
people of our nation and not to travel? And they traveled a great
distance to see your family for Thanksgiving, only to have them call
the police and turn her in. She then, embarrassingly for herself,
resigned. Finally, Dr. Birx says she can’t hear very well, but I can.
There was no very difficult phone call other than Dr. Burke says,
policies that would have led us directly to a covert cause, depression.
She was a very negative voice who didn’t have the right answers. Time
has proven me correct. I only kept Dr. Fauci and Dr. Bergesen because
they worked for the U.S. government for so long. They’re like a bad
habit. President Trump. I’ve heard from others. That Dr. Fauci was Go-
slow, don’t be too aggressive, it’s too risky, it’s untested, and the
idea that it was he who brought us the vaccine is just a flat out lie.
And really, the media should stop promoting this guy. They won’t
because he serves the purpose of the media, which promotes lies left
and right. But it really is really is appalling what he has said. Now,
as for this vaccine vaccination passports, I’m strongly against this.
Look, folks, if everybody who wants a vaccination is going to have a vaccination, we’re going to have herd immunity. This is the science.
This is what the men, the geniuses and the women at Stanford and other
places have been telling us all along. Even without the vaccines, we
eventually are going to have herd immunity. But with the vaccines. And
the hurt and the immunity that that will take place as a result of
people having gotten the virus. We’re going to be OK. We’re going to be
OK if there’s a new strand, will deal with it. But we don’t have a
massive new strain today, and so we’re Americans, we need to embrace
our liberty, we need to embrace our country. People are trying to move
us like sheep or cattle in one direction or another. And then they want
to take credit for what the private sector creates or what the prior administration did. We don’t need abstract theories anymore, we have
the case of Florida versus New York. We have the case of Texas versus California. We have a handle on what works and what doesn’t work, not
perfect, but perfect enough. So we have the data. We have the data, the lockdown’s didn’t work, that’s what so many of the great experts had of
so many of the great universities are telling us the lockdown’s didn’t
work. Vaccines were the way to go. Stop punishing our children, who,
quite frankly, are, when it comes to medicine, are largely unaffected
by this virus as opposed to variants of the flu. We know all of us now.
So now we’re going to have vaccination passports, really, what are the
kind of passports are we’re going to have just think of what I’m
saying, what they do to we, the people, the citizens of this country,
who own this country, who own this government, who own the bureaucracy.
Look how they play with us. Look what they do to us. Meanwhile, illegal foreigners coming into this country, coming into the United States of
America, no masks, no tests, no passports, no vaccination. Passports,
nothing. Zero. I’ll be right back.
