On Friday’s Mark Levin show, yes, President Trump could pardon
himself and his family. What’s important is what the Constitution
says in Article 2 Clause 1 – the President shall have power to grant
reprieves or pardon for grievances against the US. There are no
limitations on the text except for cases of impeachment. Regardless
of how the move may look politically, the question isn’t a political
one. Rather, it’s simply about what’s in the Constitution. After
that, Orrin Hatch was sent out to attack Mike Lee. If you follow
Orrin Hatch, Paul Ryan, and Mitch McConnell’s line of thinking,
conservatives like Lee are Obamacare Republicans, which is
completely false. The political knives are out from the elite and
establishment Republicans to get Mike Lee. In addition, Both
Republicans and Democrats are lying about healthcare. Republicans
lie that they are going to repeal and Democrats lie that Republicans
actually mean to repeal Obamacare. Also, Republicans have lost the
debate over healthcare because they have not engaged in the debate.
62% of American people now support the idea that the federal
government must provide healthcare. This is a fight over ideas. If
we lose the fight over first principles to progressives and their
ideology, we will not recover this nation. It is not a battle
between Republican and Democrat, but is about Americanism vs.
Progressivism. Later, 3 Arab terrorists shot 2 Israeli police
officers dead in the Temple Mount area. Now Israel has put metal
detectors there for anyone entering, and the Palestinians are in an
uproar. Mahmoud Abbas and Muslim leaders are encouraging people to
protest against the Israeli security forces until the metal
detectors are removed. This is just a pretext to kill more Israelis.

On Friday’s Mark Levin show, Dan Bongino, Contributing Editor for
Conservative Review fills in for Mark. Reince Priebus is out as Chief
of Staff for President Trump. Priebus resigned and is being replaced by
head of the DHS, John Kelly. We are going to have more order in the
West Wing now. After that, Susan Collins does nothing that is
Republican. She voted against a straight Obamacare repeal and is
consistently against Republican values. She needs to be primaried by a
serious conservative. The label Republican is supposed to mean
something. In addition, we don’t need the Republican Party which is a
shell of a party. What good are they? They failed to pass a simple
Obamacare repeal bill and are already folding on tax cuts. There are
people who are happy with the status quo in the Republican and Democrat
Party and then there are people who want to change it. This is why it
is a good time to think about threatening a third party. What we are
doing right now is not working. This is not a question of, if we split
the vote or not. Who are we splitting the vote with, but between actual conservatives and establishment? The Founding Fathers were involved in
real tangible decisions that had life or death ramifications. Those
like Thomas Jefferson, John Adams and George Washington had real
courage. They didn’t live in the past but in the present. If they knew
what was going on in our nation today they would be very upset. Unlike
the Founding Fathers, Republicans can’t get out of their own way.
Finally, not one Democrat signed to have Fusion GPS come testify before
the Senate Judiciary Committee. Fusion GPS is the firm that put out the discredited dossier on Trump and Democrats are scared because they may
have helped fund them.

On Friday’s Mark Levin show, Senate Republicans will never get a
clean repeal because of John McCain and others. McCain having
campaigned against Obamacare and now flipping, is now being praised
for it by the liberal media. Rand Paul’s position is understandable
but he doesn’t have the votes for his position. Paul voted for the
prior proposal before Graham Cassidy which was worse. The fact is
that 18 of the Democrats support the socialist national healthcare.
If the Democrats take the Senate a majority of them will support it
and use the budget process to get it. Their polices cannot work,
because when you reject human nature and reality, you destroy, burn
down, and eviscerate in favor of phony paradise. After that, Ron
Johnson calls in to talk about the Graham-Cassidy bill and trying to
get it passed. It is about making federal spending more equitable
across the states. There are many Democrats that should be
supportive of this as it will be helpful to their states. This takes
us off the path of a single payer system and puts us back on the
path of federalism. It is imperative for America to take the first
step to the Graham Cassidy bill. In addition, Jimmy Kimmel has been
working with Chuck Schumer to oppose this bill. Finally the real
conservative Roy Moore, running for one of Alabama’s Senate seats
calls in to talk about his race. Moore is not a perfect man, but he
is perfect enough and will vote the right way. Luther Strange is
worse than Reince Priebus and has ethical problems. Moore wants to
go back to free enterprise and does not buy into the Washington
mindset. He wants to be a voice be for the people of Alabama and the Constitution.

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Joe Biden acts as if Americans never had health insurance before Obamacare. Obamacare is not the gold standard of health coverage. Sadly, Obamacare has priced many people out of the market because
the ACA law replaced existing plans with new plans with crushingly high premiums. Then, this is the most important election since the election following the civil war. Despite the failures of the Obama-Biden Administration, Biden still claims he has a plan to handle coronavirus.
Later, Sen Kamala Harris is radical and has called for a national standard on the use of force with police. Harris never supported this as Attorney General but now she wants to take control away from the people in individual states
and hand it over to the federal government. Afterward, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy calls in with an update on House races and the 2020
presidential election.

mask and people are complying. Yet, according to the media, infection
rates are spiking. Joe Biden never had a coronavirus plan, he pretended
to have a plan. President Trump did have a plan to accelerate a vaccine
and therapeutics. Associate Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito says the coronavirus is negatively affecting individual liberty by politicians.
Alito added that the lockdowns also impact religious liberty. Then,
Michigan Assembly Speaker Lee Chatfield joins the show to express why
both parties must fulfill their constitutional duty to ensure free and
fair elections. He added that there were too many irregularities to
‘just move on’ so they have subpoenaed some evidence. Later, former
President Obama says that Trump is delegitimizing democracy. Yet it was
the party of Obama that went into state courts asking to eliminate
signature verification on ballots, eliminating the need for postmarks
on ballots, and not allowing republicans to cure their ballots while
allowing democrats to cure theirs. Afterward, Dominion voting software
has been problematic in the past and this is why these various audits
and investigations are necessary. Yet the media continue obfuscating
from the truth. One media type, CNN’s Christiane Amanpour, even went as
far as comparing the President to Hitler while discussing
Kristallnacht, the program against Jews known as the Night of the
Broken Glass.

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, How about a commission to study the origin
of the coronavirus? Anthony Fauci has been the leading critic of the
idea that the virus was man-made and now the whole world knows that
Fauci’s group funded this very type of man-made virus research. Fauci
has said that these viruses’ must be studied because they could
eventually come from nature, and so his office funded this research in
China, of all places. This begs the question: what did Fauci know and
when did he know it? Did Fauci purger himself in congress? Then,
President Biden is now proposing the largest budget since World War II.
Nearly eight trillion dollars by 2031. Democrats can’t rename
everything “infrastructure” just to get their way and spend more money.
All while the indoctrination in our schools continues and Americans
remain unemployed. Later, Debra Burlingame calls in to discuss why it’s
wrong to compare the January 6th riot to the September 11th terrorist
attacks on America. Her brother was the pilot of Flight 77 and died in
the Pentagon attack. She highlighted how members of Congress might have
had a frightening day on Jan. 6, but on 9/11 some 200 people in the
World Trade Center towers chose to jump from 80 to 100 floors above
the ground rather than be consumed by fire.
