Both Messiah and Christ mean the anointed one, but I take
that to mean anointed not by any human but by the divine.

In my sun stare of September 5, 1991, described on my
Salmon on the Thorns web page, I observed a curved
tunneling effect, like a divine horn of oil with its
wide mouth towards me. Then giant wings of space
folded in on me and I blacked out and fell into the
water. The curved tunneling I speculate was a peek
    by me into higher dimension(s).

I compare this to the tale of Jesus' baptism, when
he rose up from the water and the heavens opened
and wings descended on him. The heavens opening
I relate to that curved tunneling. The only
difference from my experience is that he is said
to have risen up from the water before/as the heavens
opened, whereas I fell into the water after the
    heavens opened.

But from the above, Jesus' baptism was his
anointing by the divine, and thus he was an
anointed one, or Messiah type. And if he was
still a Jew, that would make him the Messiah,
though some would say that he would have to
fulfill other prophecies before he could be
    called the Messiah.

As for me, I claim to be a Messiah type (type
since I am not a Jew), Christ type (type since
I am no longer Christian), avatar type (type
since I am not Hindu) and Buddha type (type
since I am not Buddhist). Currently I am an
    individual/eclectic neopagan (a polytheistic
pantheist) but am not recruiting to my personal
religion, but do have some main non-religious
messages for the human species which are listed
on my Salmon on the Thorns web page (see below).

I don't know if I am descended genetically from
David of the Old Testament, but at least I am
descended from him (through St. David) in name lineage.
And his five stones and a sling represent the
5.5 lunar month separation I three times observed
between onset of a waxing gibbous moon trial
and onset of a waning crescent inspiration.
(I think in the Jewish text there are five
stones but in the Christian Old Testament only
one stone is mentioned, but perhaps some reader
    can check that.)
DENIED. You need to get away and vacation someplace for at least two
    weeks.
