The so called "global village" (not internet) that politicians
talk about is a farce. For one thing, "village" implies a tiny little
town where everybody knows eachothers name and care about eachother's problems. The world isn't like that. That guy in Germany isn't going
to care about or even know that poor guy in New York who is living
a horrific life. The so called "Global Village" is a monolith, held
together only by trade of goods, and money. The only "culture" it
has is the tacky, plastic pop culture, which is a tool for the
marketers to sell cheap/cheezy items to the sheeple who thinks
by wearing sneakers of a certain brand, or having some stupid gadget
somehow elevates themselves above everyone else. This forms "cliques",
which is the opposite of people who care about eachother. The only resemblence to all this being a "village", is that people all over the
world wind up wearing the same cheezy wares, and being made to think
    in the same, moronic ways.
I am sick of the bullshit that the politicans spout, and I really
wish that they would be honest. Instead of calling the world economy
a "global village", let's call it a "Global monolithic mass behavior
    and trade control system"

And you will bow down, serve, and love your global king which everyone will have by 2040

People no longer value freedom, or even standing up for themselves.

It's not a conspiracy theory, a religious phrophesy, or being brought to pass by just the Democrats or Republicans. George Bush Sr. mentioned the New World Order -BY NAME- in the early 1990s.

It's forming right now, bit by bit, manipulating people through confusion and strife. The recent trend of taking the control out of device users' hands is one of the many vectors in use to condition people to accept authority under a monolithic world
system, to remind them that the overlords are in charge.

It's being brought to pass worldwide, and any rebel that rises up against them will be easily and swiftly squashed.

This has been a very long time coming, over many decades, and in recent years they have ramped up their efforts to get the populace to accept their new global king/system. And so far they are succeeding.

You will have a king, as will I and everybody else. And you will be made to LOVE it, because Stockholm Syndrome is a powerful tool in their tool chest.

The upcoming king won't even have to do much to claim his throne.

The neck shackles have been left out in plain view, and people are walking around, picking them up, and fastening it around their necks. Because they feel it makes them secure. There is a long thick chain attached to them that leads to a dragon wearing a
benign looking mask, and promises of "I will make everything alright" flowing out of it's vile mouth.

Fools; the lot of this world.

Well, what, if anything, do you propose people do about it?
