    I had an older brother that used to do audio sound collages like this back in the 80s.
    Putting bits of different songs together, messing around with the mechanical buttons
    on the tape recorder to get the recording to speed up, slow down, and warble, etc..

    During this time, I came across one of his tapes clearly labeled "Satanic chants" that for
    some reason was inside one of the kitchen cupboards. I didn't play the tape, nor
    did I let my highly religious father know about it. I was mildly creeped out.

    Glue together strips of tape and run them a tape recorder set to
    play and record. Reinvent frippertronics.
