    Here are the most recent vacancies to be advertised by the (Scottish) Care Inspectorate

    Senior improvement adviser - dementia
    Senior improvement adviser - social work
    Strategic support officer
    Executive director of IT and digital transformation

    That only leaves checking up on care homes and nurseries, which I thought was what we were paying them to do.

    PS. By the way, what is the opposite of 'strategic?' I really must have a character in a novel find exactly the right job for himself on the Vacancies page.
