It's not okay to make Amy, or anyone a scapegoat. The problem is motivation for
crime, crime itself, and the way Police respond to crime. The Police accost and
arrest people without indictment of a Grand Jury:

"No person shall be held... unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury"
    - U.S. Constitution, 5th Amendment https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/amendment-5/

And even with a Grand Jury, there is nothing civil about punishment. It is always
capital execution, and always a very very serious thing.

There are 8 million cases of fraud in the U.S. yearly. The average fraud is $130,000. There is $1 Trillion in fraud in the U.S. yearly. Are you going to throw 8 million people in prison every year? https://www.acfe.com/report-to-the-nations/2020/

Oppression such as the drug war, is illegal. (Though as always, it ought be said,
drugs ought be marketed as medicine and poison, and no more as party-fun, than snake oil as a cure for cancer.)
ECONOMIC INEQUALITY is the cause of so much motivation for crime. It's not about
BLACK LIVES MATTER. It's about POOR LIVES MATTER. Why are the black people running in with the law all the time? Why are they stereotyped as criminals? Because they're poor. First slavery, then segregation, set them back, but they're
not the only poor people in our society.
Nepotism - favoritism to your relatives - isn't equality. Nepotism, is not justice. While I guess 50% of the police conflict involves oppression of 100% innocent, people for drugs, weapons, and the like; 42.5% involves property crime,
(including 7.5% villainy(murderous)): economics, poverty. (The other 7.5%, by escalating insults, and crazy people, also villainy(murderous)).

It's unfair. It's unfair that your parents helped you less than this guy's parents, and more than that guy's parents.

Are you supposed to just be orphaned at 18?

Everyone deserves an EDUCATION, and everyone deserves, to be able to BUY A HOUSE.

There is nothing civil about punishment. And when it's wrong; it's murder. Yes,
this is an accusation of murder against Amy's persecutors. We should not stand for this. We should not stand for black men being tackled without indictment. While self defense, and the rules of engagement, also deserve more study.

But without economic equality, without equal economic opportunity. People, black
people, white people, all kinds of people, are going to steal. They're going to
steal from you. And some of them will turn to murder. While withholders allow so
many to die in the gutter.

The people of America should know how much property there is. Because only a few
are as rich as those famous people you see on T.V. But everyone should have equal
economic opportunity through education. And perhaps, everyone's consumption should be equalized, while we somehow take care to protect and save economic capital in the hands of individuals. 50% of the U.S. economy is small businesses.

We're all equal in Cost, and Expense, and Spirit. We have differing assets: 1. Our Brains, 2. Our Bodies, 3. Our Work Experience, 4. Our Academic Credentials, 5.
Our Brand, if we're famous, 6. Our Talent. And of course, 7. Our Economic Assets.
For a 5% return on $1 Billion is $50 million dollars per year, for doing NOTHING.
Most people, don't make that with any toil.

"No person shall be held... unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury"
    - U.S. Constitution, 5th Amendment https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/amendment-5/

"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding."
    - U.S. Constitution, Article VI, Clause 2 https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/article-6/clause-2/

The U.S. Federal Code never said you DON'T need a Grand Jury. So how is it, the
States violate the Constitution, with such arrests at any time? It is against the
U.S. Federal Code, to violate the U.S. Constitution.

Retaliation against an innocent woman, who has nothing to do with false arrest by
illegal Police Officers, is a crime.
