Drugs ought to be marketed as over-the-counter medicine and poison, not as party-fun. If the government is criminally negligent in such regulation, and in
dereliction of duty, it is the government who is to blame, and not the recreational drug dealer. Selling snake oil as a cure for cancer is not okay. Yet
it is Legal to sell snake oil, and it is Legal to say snake oil is a cure for cancer, but marketing snake oil as a cure for cancer is a lie and Illegal. So it
is with recreational drugs "legally," and "illegally" sold and marketed as party-fun, and not as the medicine and poison they are.
